Stopped here today after my son’s field trip in Jackson and the two ladies there were so helpful trying to find something I liked! Will definitely be back when I’m around the area!

Came in Sunday 9/14, and seen new faces. They were rude. Rushed our order and was no help, treated it as if we were taking up too much of their personal time and it wasn’t even a minute of me trying to read the drinks they offered. I always go to 49 but I’ll need to find a different nutrition place now due to how poorly the customer service was. I loved the energy I use to walk into. It’s more than just a drink.

Came on a saturday, i usually shop here once or twice month or more especially when im studying! I usually am greeted with kindess and energy! Today was not that. I saw girls i hadnt before and wasnt greeted when i walked in. A girl named Landon acted like she couldnt answer ger coworkers question and overall had a pissy attitude. If the vibes dont get better i wont come back. There are many more tea shops to consider with kinder attitudes.

The tea was good but the service was absolutely terrible. The little blonde girl, kimmy or something like that was rude as all hell. She had an attitude the entire time and she was speaking under her breath. I’m 57 years old and I can’t hear that well and when I asked her to please speak up she snapped at me. I was appalled. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me that she wasn’t there, I don’t know what possessed someone to leave her in charge but they’ve gotta be outta their damn mind. I’m not sure if I’ll be back but she better not be there if I do.
