Stopped here today after my son’s field trip in Jackson and the two ladies there were so helpful trying to find something I liked! Will definitely be back when I’m around the area!
Came on a saturday, i usually shop here once or twice month or more especially when im studying! I usually am greeted with kindess and energy! Today was not that. I saw girls i hadnt before and wasnt greeted when i walked in. A girl named Landon acted like she couldnt answer ger coworkers question and overall had a pissy attitude. If the vibes dont get better i wont come back. There are many more tea shops to consider with kinder attitudes.
The people that work here are great, and they have some good customer service. They make sure you are service within a timely manner. I definitely recommend going here for all your teas!
