Went in and got 2 whopper jr's they used bread but not a hamburger bun if this is their new bread im not gonna eat here anymore they should tell people they changed it the picture on the menu looks like a hamburger bun

Menu board is out in the drive thru so kind of hard to order when you cant see the menu. No tea was made . But the food came out hot fresh and good so thats a big plus.. will give 5 stars once the menu board is fixed

These workers have the worst attitude ever. I ordered online and it was completely wrong. They got so upset because they had to remake it the older white guy who was a cook started scratching and throwing ingredients and my wrong order. Really really mad and the manager gave me a evil stare and I truly didn't want anything anymore. I didn't get a refund or my food I just left and never went back.

This location is more focused on having you to pull forward to maintain a good drive thru time! My order was incorrect. They gave my nuggets to the car that was pulled up in front of me. As I am waiting, I noticed I did not have my drink so I backed up to the window. I advised the lady that I was missing my drink. The manager comes over and asked me “You don’t have a drink?” I said, “I told this other lady that I didn’t get a drink, would you like to search my car?” She made me feel like I was trying to get an extra drink. I waited for nuggets that were like warm when I got them. I get home to open my bag to see that my fries were only half full. I guess they tried to split the fries between the two cars that were waiting as the manager was yelling “we are waiting on fries.” The service was awful. I paid $15 for a less than good meal.

Today was an amazing visit to our local BK staff was welcoming, mgmt was pleasant and inviting, food was amazing fresh and hot. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Best visit ever!!!!!

I would give a receipt number except for the fact that the young lady at the window I did not give me a receipt. I have been sitting here long enough to have eaten a meal while I am still waiting, pulled forward with other vehicles in line. I do not believe I will ever waste time money or effort on this particular Burger King again
