This place was dirty there were pills on the ground a weird mystery substance and the bread was moldy the fries were cold and the drinks were not good and they were hot and the service took so long and the employees is so rude and then the manager came in and poured dr. Pepper on my head leaving me sticky and I got food poisoning.

This place serves cold food to the guest at 11:00am during the day. When you walk up to the counter to order your food and ask for things, you get an eye roll. Ummm, excuse me, I did not choose the job for you! You chose it! I will not be returning to this place!

They charge for barbecue sauce. .33 per small container. I like it with fries over ketchup. You would think if we were valued Customers they would gladly give you the sauce of your choice.

I have stop at Burgerking for the last 2 days and both times the sweet Tea was sour.They charged me 6 dollars 2 days in a row for Sour tea.Also,I tried to call to tell them they are serving sour tea but it keeps saying mailbox full.Why can't the Tea taste fresh at least in the morning.Quality has went down hill at the Richland location.Be aware!

Filthy restrooms. Staff was friendly. Food was very hot yet only took about 3 minutes to produce. Definitely NOT freshly cooked.
