The food here was good!! Not mind blowingly amazing, but good! I love the fries and cheese curds in particular, a LOT.
I asked for no bacon on my burger, and they out bacon on it, but they remade it and apologized
One of the workers was very sweet, two of the others felt very aloof, and were not the best communicators.
The place looks nice visually, but was actually quite dirty. The person I was here with and another elderly customer cleaned a counter and table themselves, because of it.
Otherwise, I enjoyed my experience!

Came here literally for just one blizzard. The drive through line was basically empty and was told to pull up and drive around after paying for my order!! Why am I being pulled up for one freaking blizzard??? It’s like they’re trying to cheat the system on their times and how long ITS ACTUALLY taking them to get orders out to people! So I pull around to the parking lot and had to wait an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes for them to fix ONE BLIZZARD!!! Never in my life have I gone to a diary queen and been asked to pull up for a blizzard and then wait and additional 20 minutes to get it!!! To add insult to injury my order was completely forgotten and I had to get out of my car into the store to ask about where my order was! I got inside and had to wait 10 minutes.This place clearly has poor management. Waited literally half an hour for one blizzard at a “fast food” place!!! Never coming back!!!!!!!??

We had came in with an absolute nasty environment and ugly customer service. Restroom was absolutely awful. It’s absolutely awful seeing such a good restaurant/drive in being ruined by their management.

Disgusting. Dirt and grease everywhere. Bathrooms have hair,urine and feces on walls and toilets. No ketchup in pump. Dirty tables and seats. Worker seems to be trying but is by himself. Don't know how it passed health codes. If even inspected. Food was edible, hope we don't get sick.

2nd time I’ve been to this establishment and been rushed at the drive thru window . Mind you , no one was infront or behind me . My family and I were trying to look over the menu to see what we wanted to order and the rude lady over the speaker told me to pull around until we know what we wanted . WERE TRYING TO LOOK AT THE MENU !!! Very rude and they lost our business.
Food and service were great! Men's room needed a lot of attention.

My grandmother and I ordered three different bacon burgers : bacon ranch burger, double bacon burger ,and single bacon burger. Instead we got three double bacon burgers. They are short staffed and when told to go to parking to get your food, you would normally wait two to three minutes depending on what you got, here you would have to wait thirty minutes in your car only to go inside and it be there in the counter cold.

i will never be back to this place!!
we went through the drive through had to repeat our order 3 times…. pulled to the window and they said …. what did you order??? then we paid with a card and sat for several minutes then they asked us to pull forward… there was no one behind us… but we pulled up anyway , sat for at least 10 minutes then my husband went in and asked for our money back…. they knew how pissed he was and finally gave the refund…. i do my job aveyday!! why can’t they?? we will never be back
Last night's staff at the drive thru would not even give me time to look at the menu without LITERALLY EVERY MINUTE saying "welcome to DQ may I take your order?" Even when we asked for time they decided to ignore that and get different workers to continue to do so. 2 men and 3 women. SO RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE. Obviously they have zero respect for anyone let alone customers!!!
If you are disabled can not hear or able to walk inside might as well walk inside if you can't hear them they will mandate you order at the speaker that's already crappy and they don't even talk clear my wife who hears well could not even understand them. So I drive on thru drive through keep in mind there are NO customers in the line at this point just us. Little girl told us to go around order at intercom properly. When I went off she goes get's the manager. He backs her up tells her we also have to drive through the drive thru. By LAW they have to comply with hearing impaired or anyone for that matter if they can't no understand. I will not be returning this any Dairy Queen now. Pearl MS was the same way.
