what a Joke!!
i will never be back to this place!!

we went through the drive through had to repeat our order 3 times…. pulled to the window and they said …. what did you order??? then we paid with a card and sat for several minutes then they asked us to pull forward… there was no one behind us… but we pulled up anyway , sat for at least 10 minutes then my husband went in and asked for our money back…. they knew how pissed he was and finally gave the refund…. i do my job aveyday!! why can’t they?? we will never be back

Last night's staff at the drive thru would not even give me time to look at the menu without LITERALLY EVERY MINUTE saying "welcome to DQ may I take your order?" Even when we asked for time they decided to ignore that and get different workers to continue to do so. 2 men and 3 women. SO RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE. Obviously they have zero respect for anyone let alone customers!!!

If you are disabled can not hear or able to walk inside might as well walk inside if you can't hear them they will mandate you order at the speaker that's already crappy and they don't even talk clear my wife who hears well could not even understand them. So I drive on thru drive through keep in mind there are NO customers in the line at this point just us. Little girl told us to go around order at intercom properly. When I went off she goes get's the manager. He backs her up tells her we also have to drive through the drive thru. By LAW they have to comply with hearing impaired or anyone for that matter if they can't no understand. I will not be returning this any Dairy Queen now. Pearl MS was the same way.

Bathrooms were dirty & supervision needed. The lady took our order, then 20 min later asked us what we had ordered even though she said she took our order but couldn't remember.
Yet, our Blizzards were tasty!

OMG! Traveling through the state, we got hungry. We stopped here because it's familiar food. The food was good but not any more memorable than any other.
What was memorable for is Monday!
What's Monday? She's the front clerk! She was ready with a smile and so helpful when ordering! If you haven't stopped by to meet her, you gotta go! I watched her taking care the whole room full of people. She was so friendly to everyone and not one bit shy. She's a keeper!

Awesome Service! Friendly Staff! I remember one Saturday afternoon, they were short staffed, I only noticed two young women working. and the people ordering food were about ten or more including myself. They took my order gave me a number and I sat down, in about two minutes I had my order brought to the table! and the food was steaming hot!! Now That's what I call Service!

The cooking crew was so rude to the cashier and all of their customers. We took our group of 14 on the way home from camp because many of them had never had Dairy Queen before and were excited to try it. They were extra rude shen they saw our group order. Other customers were already waiting and the drive through was backed up. We should have left then, but it only got worse. We did not get all of our food and then the cooking crew said we did and actually argued with our youth minister. We finally just left and are writing these reviews to warn others to never go there. The cashier was trying but they were AWFUL. It set such a poor example for our kids and made what should of been a 45 minute stop at most, an hour and a half of frustration and rudeness ( many never even got their ice cream they ordered and we paid for it but we had to leave)

One star because I had to in order to post this review. Do not recommend. Walked in and ordered and seemed okay as we entered. When we go to the dining area we see complete disgust. Floors sticky and nasty, tables were all dirty, trash was overflowing from each trash can and trash on the floor and there was hair hanging off the fountain drink machine. Didn’t even attempt to go into the restroom as bad as the front looked.

They only got one star because they were open. The restaurant is completely nasty. Floors sticky, trash left behind with no one cleaning. Staff just standing there looking at the trash and playing in their phones. The restrooms were filthy. Was going to dine in but had to get out of there.
