We have been eating at Mazzios for over a year on a regular basis. Server Sarah McWhorter has always gone above and beyond. My granddaughter absolutely loves her. I think she wants to eat at Mazzios to see Sarah as much as she wants pizza. Which is her favorite food.

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving the BEST service at this Mazzio's, all thanks to Sarah. She truly goes above and beyond, and I honestly think she should be running the entire store. While the assistant manager could use some improvement (a bit snarky, short with glasses, and curly hair), my coworkers and I continue to come back every week because of Sarah. She’s the reason we keep returning—she’s the saving grace of this location!

So we just want to send some appreciation to our server Jase last night. We went to the Mazzio's on HWY 51 and they refused us service even tho they didn't close for another 30 minutes. We called Jase and he said come on down. We are evacuating from hurricane Milton and really needed some kindness in that moment. Boy we sure lucked up calling him! He took care of us like we were family. The food was great, salad bar was all fresh, and what a clean restaurant!! I would give this place and Jase 10 stars if it was possible 😊

Service was excellent. Kudos to the cashier/waitress who did everything but cook the food. She checked on us after bringing our food despite still taking orders and bringing everyone's food to thier tables without missing a beat. She was very nice and even had pleasant conversations with us too. The food was really good and the specials were very reasonable with the amount of food and price. I'd definitely go back.
