I was raised on Mazzio's so any time I see one I am going to do everything in my power to eat there. Monday we had the pleasure of visiting this location after purchasing our new travel trailer and it superseded even my greatest expectations! The staff was friendly, the wait was minimal and the food was better than I remembered it being! I will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

It took so long just to be seen, everyone was running around while what I can assume was the manager was sitting down texting and taking pictures? I don’t know but I waited forever food was decent though.

This is hands down the worst pizza ive ever had, the worst service, I do not know how this place is still open, literally one person working while everyone else is on their phones as plates stack up to the ceiling, everything is dirty, the floors look like they have not been mopped in a month, had to wait 20 minutes to eat our terrible salad because there was no silverware and when he finally brought the silverware it was still wet/dirty and covered in soap. I truly hope management can get this place in order because it is currently unacceptable.

I would give ZERO STARS if possible. I ordered a salad from the salad bar, the lettuce was okay but the HAM was horrible. The ham was red and brown. I asked the staff member why the ham was two different colors and she replied, they prepped it fresh this morning. I tasted the red piece, it tasted like ham, that brown piece tasted like old, moldy expired meat. I will enclose a picture of the ham on the salad bar. I asked the manager for a refund and he insisted that the ham is okay and that’s how they prepped it. Clearly from the picture you can see, they mixed the old ham with the new ham. This is very unacceptable. No establishment should be serving old food mixed with new food to save money. I would not recommend anyone eat here and it you choose to, please check the salad bar first before paying.
