Same atmosphere for the last 25 years. Pleasant when not crowded. Food was right temperature cooked to order. 2 stars not because its bad just because its not great and you know what to expect! I dont think service has ever been bad at this location.

We placed an app order for two teas while traveling. We stood in line for 20 minutes. The lady in front of us gave up and left after 10 minutes. One young man taking orders and taking food to tables. He gets 5 ⭐! For taking care of this all with such calmness. No one else was up front working . I used the restroom while my husband waited in line. The restroom wasn't the cleanest ⭐⭐. At least there was tp and towels( not in machine). Do better! Get this young man some help!

Greated warmly as soon as we entered even though it was late and close to closing time. Food was phenomenal. Fresh salad, and a great grilled chicken sandwich! So glad we stopped here as opposed to another fast food place!

This was the worse experience I ever had. The food was wrong. The soup was watery . They took 30+ minutes to remake a sandwich. I had to go up there for my tea then they remade the sandwich I have NEVER HAD SERVICE THIS BAD!
Wrong size, sandwiches not cut, old left out food. Terrible taste, service, and staff in the evening. There is a reason you only see people there during lunch rush. Don’t bother wasting your time going here in the evening.

The cheese sandwich was horrible. Hardly any cheese on it and the bread was burnt. Could not eat it. Yuck! But the baked potato was good. My husband had a Chicken Club and said it was the worst sandwich he ever ate. Your cooks need more training on how to make sandwiches. This use to be a good eating place but this is the last time for me.

Awesome location for a quick bite. My party of nine recieved fast, incredible service from a courteous accommodating staff. We ordered another variety of sandwiches and salads. All were pleasing. Ample to large portions equal value. Delicious Ice Tea. Kid friendly. Adequate parking. Outside, fanned and shaded seating. Consider this a part of your regular lunch scene.

The experience at McAlister's Deli was marred by concerning hygiene practices among the staff. Workers were observed walking around and openly digging in their noses or scratching themselves in ways that suggested poor personal hygiene.
It's unsettling to think about who might be handling the food, especially if those individuals are the ones cooking in the back. Given these observations, it's hard to recommend this location. The lack of attention to personal hygiene among staff raises serious concerns about food safety and overall cleanliness.
