We stopped here for a quick bite. It's McDonalds so the food was as expected. The service was not terrible but also not pleasant. We stood there for several minutes at the counter only to find We HAD to order at the kiosk. The lady who informed us of this and took our order was less than pleasant. We had to asked several times for a cup that was ordered and paid for before having to go to the counter. The others behind the counter offered no information. We were traveling so not from this area and our McDonalds take orders from the counter. Glad we are not from this area, people do not seem friendly at all!

It's a creation shoot if the coffee will be scalding hot or room temperature. The kids did not fit on to the cup securely. The last 2 coffee orders, the lid came loose and coffee leaked on to my white shirts

The worst experience ever. Left my order there. Definitely didn’t want someone who was voicing their issues about making me some coffee spitting in my coffee. Management, please train your people.

Went through the drive through today and placed a order. The service of both people at both windows super exceeded way beyond what you normaly receive around here. This was 11/21/2025 about 4:15pm. I wanted to let it be known! Keep shining!!!

Food was decent. The service was terrible. I was collecting mobile orders for coworkers at the counter and was told to go to the drive through for one even though it was set to counter pickup. I was then told to go back inside at which point my food was getting cold while the workers were making a scene arguing with me, when they could have just been helpful. It turned out he just had to verify he was there which the workers never made clear. After all of that the workers were too focused on being in the right to even hand me the drink that was paid for.

Im not the one to always complain and i tried calling but they didnt answer so maybe theyll see this. I always go through the drivethrough and get a 5 dollar meal deal. When i got my food i asked the lady is the ranch in my bag she goes i think so didnt even check and i checked myself no ranch asked her for ranch she had a attitude i got home and went to eat my food the fries where crunchy couldnt even eat them the chicken sandwhich had way to much mayo and the lettuce was slimy the chicken nuggets where slimy to ive never had an experience this bad before and i tried reaching out but any who here we are

It’s always something with this McDonald’s they gave me watery oatmeal and said it’ll thicken up when I just had oatmeal from the other McDonald’s in pearl and it has never looked like the one they gave me just shut them down at this point
