Very rude staff, would not take our order so we used kiosk. After using kiosk, it took forever to get our food. I kept trying to get someone’s attention to ask them if they could check on my order, the only thing I ordered was a hamburger and a Diet Coke. no one would make eye contact with me or help me. And when I did finally get my burger, the lady handed it to me and didn’t say thank you or anything at all. Got in the car and opened the burger and it looks like it’s left over from last week sometime. It’s disgusting!!!!

Service is lousy, staff not friendly or polite.22 min. for a large fry a drink and and a happy meal? As an ex-McD’s worker, this type of service would not have been tolerated back in the day. After 22 min., they gave my grandkid a 4 pc instead of a 6 piece, no sauce, sundae machine down,I got a fry a drink and my grandkid got a happy meal, for $15? In the past if McD’s provided sub par service, they would have gave us an apology and pro-mo’d our meal. No apology, and they even messed up on the order after us, but the grandparents did not want to go back.I visit Pearl/Richland ever year and only see prices going up and service going down, If it were not for the playground and free refills we would not have returned

This was the first time I've ever ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin, and it was perfect! Hashbrowns were also hot. There was an off taste with the Hi-C orange drink and I ended up throwing it away.

I’ve worked in the service industry, so I consider myself pretty understanding. This place is awful though! I was picking up a doordash & it took 5 minutes for anyone to even ask me what I needed. When they finally acknowledged me the worker didn’t if ask “How may I help you” she just says “Doordash?” I kindly reply with a yes ma’am & she tells me they’re waiting on the fries.I wait a good 10 minutes when one of the workers look at me & I hear her say “Is that doordash ready?” She looks in what I assume is my bag and says “sweet tea” Whoever put the fries in didn’t even finish off the order, just left it there.I finally get back to my car & something in me is telling me to check the bag. I do & all of the sauces are missing. I go back in & wait another 5 minutes. I made eye contact with 3 different people & not one “How can I help you” The lady that did finally help us just says “What you need?” I tell her & she puts them in a bag & just throws it on the counter. No have a nice night or anything.I understand the service industry is hard, but I wasn’t even rude! I even still said have a nice night. Do better!

This was actually Christmas night and nothing was open but this McDonald's in Richland. I hate they had to work but bless them for doing so as it was packed out with cars but they were steadily moving and food was hit. Great service and kudos to those that worked that night!!
