I hate to have to do this and if u put someone else in the drive thru i will come bk. We left and went to zaxbys right by there. We went on Labor day 9-1 at 5:15 with nobody in the parking lot. I have never dealt with anyone so rude. First we tried to order the wings and he couldn't hear me, so he automatically started out being rude and hating his job!! He said they didn't have them, so instead of asking if we wanted something else he just set there even after I asked if they had nuggets. I understand being out. Maybe alot are ordering that, but if u can't deal with people asking questions I suggest finding something diff
I hate this Popeyes. Every time I come to this restaurant the employees do not know how to do their job. I recently asked for a meal that was on the screen and they could not ring it up on the register. Someone needs to come train these people on how to use their system. And maybe bring in someone who cares about customer service instead of incompetent people who would rather talk and not do the job they are paid to do.

I travel a-lot and stop at Popeyes often in different cites and I am usually greeted with terrible customer service at popeyes but I continue to stop because the chicken is good. However today when I stopped in the Richland, MS location I was greeted with a smile, wonderful customer service, and fresh fast food! My next trip this way I will definitely be stopping!

They never give anybody sauce NO matter if you pay for it. Lmao so never go here if you want sauce.
How is right to make make door dash person PAY for sauce that I ALREADY PAID FOR & had the receipt for ? ITS NOT !!! Rude service for sure .

Went to this location for lunch and ordered 5pc chicken tenders at the drive-thru. My job is 15 minutes away, once I got to my desk it was a 3pc instead of 5pc. But I guess someone was trying to tell me something by giving me the 3 not 5 because the tenders wasn't fresh at all. Couldn't eat but a half of a tender due to the taste and I believe it probably been sitting out all day. There were barely mashed potatoes in the container. I have tried calling few times with no one answering the phone and guess I just loss money at that location but never going back.

ZERO stars should be given to this horrible location. Twice now i have gone to this Popeyes and left without my food. The first time, i was about to be charged more for single items than a bundle that i REPEATEDLY told them i wanted. The staff are extremely rude and clearly hate their jobs. Please find a job you don’t treat your customers the way you do there. The second time, i placed an order on the mobile app. It took me 30 minutes to even get to the restaurant, then I was asked to pull forward. After sitting in the parking lot an additional 20 minutes and watching multiple cars that pulled up after me get their food, i went inside to request a refund. Once again the staff were extremely rude and refused any kind of help other than to tell me to contact support in the app to request a refund. I will not be back…. And neither should you because this is the worst Popeyes there is.

Stopped on our way to Dallas. Stood in line to order, older lady walked to register and just started at me? I just started to order after saying hello and getting no response. I will say the chicken was good, it had just came out. I did notice staff playing on the phone then handling food. All of them being loud and noisy. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend this location.

This place needs new management! They can’t get an order right to save their lives. They some how managed to mess up the same order 5 separate times. Worst Popeyes EVERRRR! Save your time!

Went to Richland, Ms location about 8:30 p.m., doors were locked. Looked through the windows and the staff was cleaning up and there was NO FOOD on the racks. We saw several people, apparently mad, speeding out of the drive thru. I was really looking forward to giving this place another try but I'm disappointed every time and spend my $ elsewhere. I have no idea how this location stays in business.

Waited a while to place order ( one otjer guest waiting on order). Food order was wrong. Another group walks in (obviously they knew them) very prompt and friendly
Bathrooms dirty, no paper towels, and water all over floor. Very disappointed
