All I ordered was pickle fries and a Dr Pepper. The car hop came out with another order and while she was taking care of them a man walked out with my food asked where she was so I told him. He handed me my food and said don't leave wait for her. She went back inside for a couple of minutes and then came out to ask if I had my food and gave my drink to me . Fries were extremely greasy and the drink was watered down because she had it on her tray the entire time.

I paid 21.12 for 2 combos got home I was missing part of my order and the other part was wrong!!!! Live to far to go back, guess it’s my fault for not checking before I left!! 🤬 I just figured I waited 20 minutes the order should be right!! 🤬🤬🤬

I’m a regular here almost every other morning and I’ve never had a bad experience. I don’t know her name, but the sweet, younger black lady is the BEST! Always has a smile on her face and super quick service every time I see her. On my most recent order the sonic app was down, she immediately recognized me when I parked and made sure I got my order. She even double checked what I ordered because it was slightly different than my “regular” order that she knows I normally get! 🥹 She was also running around making sure everyone was taken care of due to the app malfunction. Like I said, she’s the best!!

This is the second time our order was incorrect. Didn't get items we paid for and a chili cheese dog with extra onions isn't that hard to make! But apparently to this location it is!
