ordered online. Had boyfriend pick it up. On the receipt it says a footlong coney meal w tots and a drink plus 2 packs of Mayo were purchased. Only the coney was in the bag and it almost burnt on both side of it. Cheese was hard. And the tots/mayo were missing

My wrap was cold, the chicken inside of it was cold, not even room temp. The fries were over cooked and room temp. The mozzarella sticks, well I'm not sure they even saw grease, maybe a microwave, they too were room temp and the cheese was the consistency of string cheese out of the fridge. Worst food I've had from a sonic.

Went 10/4 around 9:30pm, placed a mobile order that should’ve been done by 9:33 but proceeded to take 30 minutes and when we finally received our order our blast which was around $9 did not come. the server said the machine was broke it and she guessed she could try to bled it with the milkshake maker it might work.. didn’t sound too convincing to us. I wish when we arrived (they weren’t busy at all) they would’ve come out and told us they were out and we would’ve asked for refund and went to a different location instead of wasting 30 minutes and receiving a mastershake which was liquid (been sitting for awhile) and a bad soda lol. I asked for a refund on the blast and she said they could try that later?? next day still no refund and we won’t bother going back to that location because of the service and the quality. Side note- a lot of other people were upset and got out and walked to the kitchen several times and the service still took forever. If a machine is out pls let us know before waiting or for the people placing the order. I also will never tip on my mobile app again because it was so ridiculous.

Went there for my lunch break today go almost everyday my burger was made wrong no biggy well after my meal a ordered a chocolate trick or treat blast definitely not what I got was a little mad because my lunch was over and didn’t have time to get it fixed somebody needs to learn how to read a screen we go to school for a reason please apply that

Food was hot and fresh great service. Manager Michael resolved my previous issue and really cares about the customers whether it is big or small, and that is somewhere i would like to spend my money! Will always be stopping by for my regular when in the area. 10/10
Hands down the nastiest sonic in mississippi. Kitchen is obviously dirty. Every time i eat here i get food poisoning. The doors should be permanently closed since the manger and district manager can't hire someone to clean properly. So sad that people spend their hard earned money at an establishment that's ran by people that are just money hungry and don't care about food saftey

I've visited here since I was a little kid. Great place for a quick snack or meal. Sometimes there's a long wait, but considering they are really busy sometimes, they get it out relatively quick. Good customer service, although every now and then they have someone working there with an attitude. Overall great place to visit!

Stopped on our way home, on a long drive from Springfield, to the Gulf shore. Pulled in and was able to place our order and get almost immediate response. Within minutes, they brought our food out. The young person that brought it out was very gracious, thanked us, and told us to have a blessed day.👍👍👍
