I ordered 2 box combos and 2 cheese roll up . I didn't get the cheese roll up for my daughter and the boxes were not correctly made.

Workers all had horrible attitudes besides the one guy working. He was very nice. Took over 20 minutes to get our food and even then the burritos were a mess and the tortillas were stale. When we asked for a receipt, the girl crumpled it up and laid it on her side of the counter so we had to reach over to grab it. I don’t recommend coming here.

Asked for a burrito and when I received my burrito it had a hole on one end and it insides were all messed up like they did something nasty to it and service took about an hour to get the pocket burrito out.

Drive thru terrible experience! This particular location should be closed down permanently. Staff took very long to prepare a few simple tacos. Then they were looking towards us and laughing, which did not inspire any confidence in even eating this food, that was also cold and badly wrapped. Ended up throwing the food in the trash and did not take a bite. When a restaurant does not inspire confidence in eating it's food, it's time to shut it down.

Showed up at 9:10 pm on 8-30-24 to grab something to eat after being in the car for awhile went in and asked if the lobby was still open she said it closes at 10 pm so we decided to order she throws her broom down and asks are you using cash or card we tell her card and she rolls her eyes and moves to another register then proceeds to ask if we are going to eating in the lobby we say yes she then proceeds to have an attitude about it we tell her to not bother we will go elsewhere
The girl taking orders had an attitude. And then I was asked what sauce I wanted at the window, and the worker looked me in the face, and still didn’t even give me the sauces. My food was subpar. Would not come back

I have eaten more taco's than anyone on this planet. I am 70 and remember 15¢ taco's at Taco Bell lol. Now a taco costs about 12x that amount. But I keep eating them at every opportunity.

Stopped by Taco Bell in Richland for take out late lunch 5/16/2024. Ordered 3 cheesy bean/rice burritos with added guacamole. Problems: 1. Burritos folded unlike any ever encountered. Forced to eventually open mine and use fork for filling only. 2. Cold at 'folded' end. Reason: guacamole dumped into bottom only of this misshapen mess. 3. The 'cheese' was more a cheese sauce, the rice entirely at top, beans dumped near middle. It was a mess. A cheap mess, but not worth the price. Never again! At least, learn to correctly assemble and fold a burrito.
