My daughter ordered online and went to pick up the order. She told the people her name and it wasn’t given to someone already. I just looked on life 360 and she has been waiting for 46 minutes. This is not acceptable. They just gave it to her as I was telling her to leave. It doesn’t take that long to make any order bare less one that the mistake was made by the restaurant! It should become first priority! Very unhappy with how this was jangled. New management maybe?

Went to the drive thru and was given the wrong order. Of course I didn't realize it until I got back to work and pulled everything out so I could sit down and eat. Tried to call the store and no one answered. Tried to call the corporate office and I hung up after holding for 7 minutes. Paid 10 bucks for the meal I ordered and receieved for a 5 dollar meal I didn't want. I don't have time to deal with this and apparently Taco Bell doesn't either.
Was not even that busy ....the longest Taco Bell wait I've had in my entire life and I'm pretty old.
Me and my family of 5 love Taco Bell but there’s nothing like driving 25 minutes home to open up your bag and be passing out food and the order just me messed up all the way around! Normally don’t do this but man that’s very disappointing! Please do better and pay attention to the screen because my receipt is right for the most part and this order is screwed all the way up! So I attempted to call them to see if someone would answer and Ofcourse no answer!

Holly is great !!! She has amazing customer service. We walked in was going to order off the kioish ,but she let us know she could help us !!!! That’s big these days !!!!! She had a great smile , great eye contact, and most importantly was very respectful!
Worst food I've ever had from a taco bell in my life. I threw all of it away. The taco meat had sand or something gritty in it, the chicken in the chicken burrito was burnt, the nacho fries felt like they were dipped in water. Horrible experience.

There’s a young lady who frequently takes orders at this Taco Bell, and her attitude is consistently horrible. No greeting, barely speaks above a whisper, and gives off nothing but attitude. It’s extremely off-putting, especially when this has clearly been an ongoing issue. How has this not been addressed? Customer service matters, and this kind of experience makes people not want to come back.

I don't know who they got cooking back there now but they are making those burritos super good whoever's cooking needs a raise and that's for real cuz when I went there years ago it was going downhill and they were trying to skimp you on everything whoever's cooking now does a great job

How is it acceptable to sit in the drive through for 45 minutes? Only reason we didn’t leave is because there’s no exit in the drive thru! This place needs to get it together!!
