the Midnight City snow cone is the best one by far 10 out of 10I was able to feed four other people besides myself out of that one snow cone and it was the medium sized snow cone for $4.50

Love this place. They definitely give you your money's worth and don't skimp on the flavoring. The owner is a valued member of the Richland community as a fire fighter which unfortunately means some days when they are on shift the business opens 2 hours later because the other employees are not out of school.

Left my house to specifically go get a sno cone here at about 1:40pm and they weren’t open , even though the hours are posted as 1pm-7pm. I don’t care how good something may be, I will not go back again when an establishment is unreliable and just open whenever they feel like it. Two other cars came in the very short time I was even there and they too , were NOT happy the place was not open when hours are posted as open at 1pm. So, ???????? for this business.

I recently went here with a couple of friends and the treats were really good! Then after we were done eating the owner came up to us while we were sitting down at the tables outside, and said it "wasn't a hangout spot" "we aren't allowed to be here without making a purchase" and "you guys need to leave" and being all agressive toward us in which we had to tell him we had already purchased some snowcones. After that, he didn't even apologize he just went and got in his truck and left. I would've probably gave this play a 5 star review if I only dealt with the kind people working there and the sweets they had, but unfortunately the owner completely ruined the experience so I probably won't be returning here until something is done with the very rude management.

Snow cones were great but definitely won’t be back after the way me a my friends were treated. We were approached by a guy with an attitude treating us like kids AFTER he watched us from his truck for a few mins. Told us this wasn’t a hang out spot and needed to leave if we weren’t buying anything and when we said we just bought something and threw it away he just left. No apology. Nothing. Keep in mind we are legal adults and he talked to us like we were 13.

But didn’t appreciate being questioned, by who I assume is the owner, about if we were waiting on our order after we had just thrown our empty cups away. And assumed we were there just to “hang out” and not order anything. We just wanted to sit a couple minutes after finishing our snowcones.

It really doesn’t get better. The sno-cones are huge and their service is great. I definitely recommend tropical-sno. My favorite is the wedding cake with vanilla cream.
