Food was good. But they only had 1 cook and 1 waitress. We were the only ones in there other than one old man and the waitress spent more time flirting with him than tending to us. We had to beg for all our drinks. It was filthy in there already at 5:30 in the morning. The bathrooms were disgusting. We held it and went on up the road to a gas station to let the kids use the restrooms.

They were busy as I walked in, but I was still greeted by the waitress with “welcome to Waffle House, my name is Christy, will it be dine-in or carry out!” It gave the place a “hometown” vibe and I felt comfortable. I watched as they took orders and as the waitress passed, she took my drink order and had a fresh hot pot of coffee brewing. As busy as they were, customers were taken care of efficiently, without complaint. I ordered steak & eggs, med well steak, eggs over easy w/ hash browns and a glass of water. Everything was cooked to perfection! I would have taken pictures but it smelled so delicious! I enjoyed the meal. All of the staff working were courteous and friendly. The cook (Red was his name)even came by and asked how my meal was. I really enjoyed my visit to this Waffle House! On my list of places to return!

The absolute worse service I've ever experienced. It took them 30 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant to even take our order and customers that came in 15-20 minutes after we arrived got their order taken and food before we did. The waitress was rude and cursing.
