If you can't read to do your job you should find another one I came in ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles and the person making the food didn't even put a single one on the sandwich and than when I asked for a large bowl of pickles they tried to give me a small cup with 5 pickles in it

We arrived at the drive thru at 6:45 AM. There was a sign on the drive thru OPEN @6:30 AM I sat in line with employees inside and no one ever took my order. If they were running behind you would think someone would at least let someone in the drive thru know. Very disappointed with this establishment. And yes after waiting for well over five minutes I left.

I have literally come to the drive thru at least 3 times during the morning and sat there, said “hello?” and the lazy employee inside literally ignores customers hoping they’ll give up and leave. I see y’all’s car parked and I hope you get fired! If someone does actually take your order they’re rude and act like they have no social skills. I know Whataburger loves getting all y’all’s business

Recently this Wendy's location in Richland, MS has gone downhill. The service staff are rude and indifferent. I had to cancel my "order ahead" I placed in the app because when I got there I was told that they were short staffed and the dining room was closed and I had to pick up my order in the drive through line. The drive through line was wrapped all the way around the building and was not moving at all because the workers inside were just goofing around. I'll not be stopping here anytime soon, and that's a shame because I love the spicy chicken sandwich.

I’d love to give zero stars to the rude, lazy teenage workers that I had to deal with tonight. Sat in the line 30 minutes, they were giving away free food to someone in the line, walking outside to give them a ton of food, I asked if they gave me my honey mustard, they said yes, but none in the bag. They didn’t close the lids to my cheese sauce and it spilled all in the bag, there were 4 workers laughing and playing at the window, kept cutting me off when I ordered, out of all grilled chicken. The worst location now because they have sorry workers. Do better kids. And management, hire better workers. I’m unable to drive and had no way to get back to get my food corrected so I’m not happy.

They need to shut this place down. They obviously have no employees. Sat in drive thru, like a dummy, for about 20 minutes. They literally were taking one order at a time. Fixing that order, getting that customer out, and then taking the next person's order. Fries were cold and tasted old and the nuggets weren't much better. I usually always have to sit in the drive thru way longer than you should have to, but it makes it worse when your food tastes old. Seriously, if you can't find or keep employees, shut it down. Because if people have to continuously wait that long for food that's barely edible, you're going to end up having to shut it down anyway. Waste of my time and money.

Placed pick up order on a Saturday morning, pulled up to drive thru and....nothing. no one said anything and I had to cancel my order....this is not the first time that's happened, on certain mornings it seems to be a common occurrence
