Getting sick of establishments with employees that are just lazy and rude. No problem walked next door and got good service at Whataburger. The Wendy's cashier looked at us walk in the door and bolted then never came back. Not even ok customer service. Not a single employee looked at us or even said hello. Businesses like this can close and go away for all I care!! Enjoy this review as much as I enjoyed your customer service.

If you can get food here it's ok. I stopped going for months because they were never opened. I tried again for breakfast, big mistake. As usual they were not open. Weird because before they weren't open after 10 and I usually could get breakfast. If you're in the area just go to Pearl they stay open late. You might get lucky if you try 3 hours after opening or 3 hours before closing. Also don't bother going to Byram either, they also close whenever they want to.

I was quite amazed at how incompetent the staff was in the drive thru. I ordered a baconator combo large and an extra large drink as my spouse was not feeling well and needed a beverage to settle her stomach. She was not hungry. I repeated my order three times and then again when I got to the window. I was given the baconator, not even quite a half order of fries, a diet coke which I certainly didn't order and a large cup of ice. When I asked for a large regular coke and a second large regular coke the three girls in the drive thru looked like I had ordered something bizarre. We were on a trip so I will probably not be back anyway but if I do pass through again, I will not be going to this Wendy's which is sad because I really love Wendy's. The sandwich was fine.

Rude. Rushed me on my order. Did not repeat order. Did not give me the entire order. Went through second time and reordered what was missing. Incorrect drink. No sauces or condiments. Got home and WAS STILL MISSING A WHOLE MEAL. Had to go through the drive thru 3 times total. Absolutely ridiculous.

I tried both the regular and caramel Iced Frosted Coffee, I would say it's not for everyone. I myself and my sister didn't like the taste, somewhat bland and a sorta twang or ting taste.
