Anytime I get asked to pull up in a drive through, right after I pay, is a red flag. The employees talked nice, but I felt forgot about and waited 10 minutes for burgers...not chicken or fish, but what they should be able to fill the order quickly....so not good for me

Asked to pull-up in the drive through. Lady that brought the food out was very courteous. No napkins in the bag so we reparked and I went inside to get napkins. THEN my burger was cold with a stale bun! Waste of money and time!!!!!!!!

Stopped through traveling back home. We ordered 2WB with cheese. One plain and dry. The other with veggies and mayo. We also upgraded one fry to a large. Looking at the receipt, everything was recorded correctly. We were down the road before opening the bags. No upgraded fry. The plain and dry came out correct. The second did not have any veggies on it at all and the mayo was globbed on. Wasn't worth going back to fix since we were traveling.

November 18 first time to ever eat at this burger place heard about it never eaten guess l picked a bad day walk in young man at the register didn't welcome didn't speak look at us turn and went to the back came back still didn't say anything never ask if we were dine in or nothing just act like we were not standing there young lady was leaving off work shouted to the back got two on front lady in back said ok we still standing there young man just walking like we weren't standing there we were there a total of 15 or more no service so we left my first time to try to eat there and my last time to stand in a place that long and got no service or not even a welcome be right there nothing the young man seem to be mad at the world it was the evening crew l was there around 3 in the afternoon drive thru was busy but it was no reason to leave the dine in customer unattended won't be back again
We have frequented this location for years now, however, due to the male employee’s attitude in the drive through this morning, (yelling/ rude), we will not be back. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that is not our fault. I do sincerely hope he has the day he deserves.

Super slow. It literally took an hour and only had one car ahead of us in drive thru. The food is delish and the milkshakes are amazingly large for a size large!

Wanted to stop to get a bite to eat because I was hungry, I ordered 3 chicken strips & waited about 30 min just for me to get my food. It seems like other people were waiting forever as well. Most of the drinks from the fountain were bad and tasted like crap. I don’t recommend coming here.

TJ the manager was very rude. Had to wait close to 15 minutes for my to-go order. I asked about my order and the manager yelled we are trying to work on it and slung my Aunt's food and my food to one of the employees to hand to her. TJ was more focused on getting ready for their health inspection than servicing his customers. The employees were nice and gave good customer service but TJ needs to learn customer service especially being a team leader or manager!!

Whichever young lady that was working the drive thru yesterday is top notch. She should be the Sales Manager for the area. She would make it happen. Very nice people and eager to assist you.
