The people here are so kind and good at their job. I come here a few times a week and service is ALWAYS great and fast. The food is always hot and correct. Love this location.

The frozen lemonade machine was not working. We asked that the strips be dipped in 2 sauces and the cashier originally said it could be done. She let us know it wasn't possible & we asked for the Hot Honey Mustard on both instead. One zalad came out with no sauce. They simply drizzeled it on top to remedy the situation. The other zalad was barely tossed on any sauce. Other than the toast, the food was extremely bland. Definitely won't be returning.

Went in and set for lunch on a Sunday around 12ish ordered less than 10 mins our order was ready Everything was fresh and hot. All the workers we came in contact with were very helpful and nice!

I usually use the drive thru at this location, but my nieces and nephews wanted to dine in this time. Definitely shouldn’t have, to begin, I know that dine in orders usually come on plates. When the young lady called my name (Al, the name I gave her) my food was in to go boxes. That was a red flag for me. No big deal so I sat with the kids. I noticed that two other families came in, a different race than me and my family, and they were served on the proper plates. Still, no big deal. I ended up ordering a meal to go, gave the young lady the exact same name, Al. Though it was a different young lady who took my to-go order, the same young lady gave it to me. Purposely mispronouncing my name, screaming “Owl”, after she said it perfectly for the dine in order and the young lady who took my order also told her how to say it before she called it out, apparently. They were all laughing as if it was some kind of joke but I didn’t really find it funny or cute. I just left the establishment with the food. If I ever do return, it’ll definitely be through the drive thru where I don’t have to have that much interaction with the staff.

Anyone else on these reviews saying that the restaurant is bad , they are lying. I come to this zaxbys location every other day every single week (I’m a doordasher) and everytime I’ve came into the testy it’s always clean and the chicken is always really hot and fresh when they bring it out as they freshly cooked it! And the cashier is always kind and friendly. Especially this one young girl that normally works the afternoon as a cashier , I had ordered some food but I was short by five dollars and some change, well this young lady took it upon herself to pay the difference for my food . The restaurant isn’t always the fastest either but they do always get your food out at a reasonable amount of time and the times that they aren’t as fast is normally because they are packed full of people. This is the best zaxbys location I’ve found and is the reason why I keep coming back!

Not what I've come to expect from Zaxby's. The employees were inattentive and dismissive. The food took longer than expected to be completed even though the restaurant was empty when we visited at 3pm. I thought they had to cook the food to order, but it came out cold. I'm glad my local Zaxby's has higher standards, or I would not return. Very disappointed with this particular location.

Not sure why this restaurant is so slow. When the line is never more than 3 cars. And will still have you to pull up and wait!
