We LOVE Karen and Anthony. They are the sweetest workers ever and sometimes we only order here just to see them. We also love Jake. Overall a really good team here, always a great experience.

There soda machine was not working right. We bought large drinks and then the told us the machine was not working right. Would not refund money. We ended up having to go down the street McDonald's and pay for drinks there.

The app stated my food would be ready by 8:04pm, I did not leave with all of my items until 8:40pm. I watched my food sit on the table ready to go but apparently they're not coordinated enough to handle it. They could've handed me cups and let me get my own drinks way before they actually did. And I requested EXTRA fry seasoning and got none, so I had to go back in for more and they tried to hand me TWO cups of seasoning with barely a sprinkle in them. This was just absolutely unacceptable. The food was good but it does NOT make up for the service, no one wants to spend there night sitting in a Zaxbys that isn't even that busy. DO BETTER

The people here are so kind and good at their job. I come here a few times a week and service is ALWAYS great and fast. The food is always hot and correct. Love this location.

The frozen lemonade machine was not working. We asked that the strips be dipped in 2 sauces and the cashier originally said it could be done. She let us know it wasn't possible & we asked for the Hot Honey Mustard on both instead. One zalad came out with no sauce. They simply drizzeled it on top to remedy the situation. The other zalad was barely tossed on any sauce. Other than the toast, the food was extremely bland. Definitely won't be returning.

Went in and set for lunch on a Sunday around 12ish ordered less than 10 mins our order was ready Everything was fresh and hot. All the workers we came in contact with were very helpful and nice!
