Subway

So my husband an I will order online about once a month. The past 2 times our order has been wrong. There is a special space for special instructions. The employees NEVER READ this space. But besides that my orders isn't correct by receipt. When I go in to pick my order up, I have to go in the gas station side to get help because the employees can't be found. I've worked for Subway 8yrs, this is unexceptable.

We are traveling and we were given a $50 gift card. They flat said you can't use it here, it will not work. The lady was RUDE! Don't give them any business whatsoever!

The service is kind of rude there and the sandwich they made me just like slop tons of mayonnaise tons of sweet onion sauce when I asked for just a little of both so therefore she didn't intentionally so I really don't even want to get two stars

They had really great subs and I got a chocolate chip cookie and it was really soft

Couldn’t give 0 star the food was up to par the service was horrible waited in empty lobby for 5 minutes after saying hello loudly hoping to get assistance employee smoking cigarette right next to front door sees no one is assisting me continues to smoke rest of cigarette before coming inside to go the back to get another employee to assist me so 4 people working there and it really took 18 minutes with an empty lobby only me in line to get a 6 inch ham sandwich was not even asked if wanted drink chips or cookies the manager also had the audacity to call not to apologize but to argue about the complaint
