Went to get something to eat on lunch last week. No one ever took our order. Pulled up to the window, saw somebody inside but they turned and walked away. Today I go back with a coupon my daughter received from her school. They wouldn't even take my order. Said I had to call checkers and have the coupon linked to my phone number even though the coupon said nothing about that. I called checkers customer service and they told me this was unnecessary, that it should be redeemed at the store. I told the lady behind the counter this but she said they were mistaken. Everytime I've been here the last six months there's been an issue and although I like checkers food, I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru 10-15 minutes after they asked me to hold ok a minute… it’s 1:07 pm on Friday , October 3 , 2025 . Was only one car ahead of me . What a joke

Worst experience ever from a Door Dash delivery. We know the dasher and an employee gave him attitude. Made him wait when there was no one in line. To top that off we were given flat drinks and soggy burgers that were inedible. We had to get DoorDash to intervene to get a refund. Not sure how this place stays in business with service and food that are this atrocious. Will never eat here again and highly do not reccomend. Far better places to get fast food in town.

REFUSES SERVICE around (9-PM) and after in Ripley MS everyday even though there hours state they stay open until 1am they will shut there lights off and hide & avoid customers some even smoke joints in there cars making the place stink POOR SERVICE and HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Satin line for 10 minutes to wait to order one of the car ahead of me could have been because of them then they had to pull around and wait I also had to pull around and wait and we're waiting on apple pies for 15 minutes now doesn't take that long to deep fry apple pies microwave or bake them hell you could hand make them yourself

The food is mostly good and fresh, and the customer service is always good. Food is a little pricey for the amount you get, but they have a Monday thru Thursday happy hour menu at certain times, that is ok. The parking lot is always clean, and you can sit outside to eat on nice days. There are not many seating tables, but it's ok and well lit. Sometimes,you have to pull over and wait for order, but overall, they are a good,quick bite
I’m not sure who the gentleman was working tonight but his manners and customer service are TOP NOTCH! One of the best I have encountered in food service. Our food was fresh and brought to us in a very timely manner by this very kind gentleman.
