Order here if you love to wait on an order just for it to be incorrect. How do you mess up my online order EVERY TIME? It's not that hard, you have plenty of time to check recheck and triple check the order. I've been screwed out of probably $60 worth of food in the past 4 months. This place sucks,buy the ingredients and cook at home, at least you can't get mad if it tastes like garbage.

Also, the food I usually get at Jack's due to my milk and peanut allergies is two hamburger patties with lettuce and no bun but with a side of fries with no popcorn salt.Dietary restrictions: I have milk and peanut allergies but am able to eat here. Just make sure to ask what is cooked in the same friers as other things.

Mark Is always rude. I notice the biscuits are hard every time. So I ask the employee said they have to get the old biscuits out, then the fresh one are put out. Mark is unkind. And by the way Mark given the you mentioned with the remark you are an American it makes me no difference and how you mistreated customers that you assume other wise.

Worst service ever placed a online order @ 1035 went to pick it up at 11 made me pull to the side was there till 1130 had to call inside and they brought the wrong food went back in and took 10 more min to get right food Want ever be back there....
I love jacks and the food is good but it's hit or miss on the service and there's always a wait even when there is no one in the drive thru.
