This place is horrible, we went to place our order and they told us to wait 16 minutes, 30 minutes passed and nothing until we had to go to the window to tell them if something was happening and after that we waited 20 more minutes and to lose we got home and the chicken It was raw and seemed like it was old chicken and instead of fried potatoes they gave us mashed potatoes. The truth is, terrible service.

I'm a worker and they bring negativity to work sometimes and it causes problems like today I messed up one order after asking the customer to speak up and after repeating everything she said yes that's it but then I gave it to her she said it was wrong and now I've been sent home for messing up a order they say

Ordered 8 peice meal. 27 dollars later, 4 tiny hard biscuits, 1/2 bowl of potatoes that was so thick couldn't eat them.No more kfc in ripley. Miss Cindy should really go back and straighten this mess

Don't eat here.Asked us to pull around for a 16 minute wait on chicken. We waited 25 minutes with ZERO people coming through the line. When I went in they hadn't even started putting out order together. Somehow our food was cold when we got it too.

I have to say this is the worst experience I've had at KFC. We went in there three times. First they gave us our drinks and then asked us to pull up. While we were waiting they come out and ask us what we had ordered which was a family order. They forgot all the sauces, after asking us specifically which ones we wanted. Then they forgot three items we ordered. They just did not have it together at all. I miss the manager Ms. Cindy that used to work there. They didn't have these problems to when she was there. I never got upset with them and used my please and thank you manners. I have to say that they were polite and fixed the rest of our order.
Kid-friendliness: There's no play area or anything. I have taken my granddaughter there many times we sat and ate and that was about it.
Parking: They have plenty of parking on both sides. I wouldn't recommend parking on the south side of the building. which is the designated entrance like most places you are liable to get blocked in by the customers in the Drive-Thru. There are parking spots on the other side of the drive-thru where customers wait in line
Wheelchair accessibility: I found it to be properly adequate for wheelchair accessibility. I do find the employees to be kind and willing help anyone who may need assistance.
