The best thing was the Baja Blast as always..... Slaw wasn't bad either, but the bowl wasn't filled completely either. The mashed potatoes had a small dollop of gravy, lol.... Ordered original, think I got almost burnt extra crispy! Now, I remember why I don't eat here. I didn't taste not 1 herb or spice, much less 7! Biscuit was buttery, but it was hard around the edges! Please do better!

Food is great when they do it correctly. And so is service whenever the right people are working. There’s a lovely hispanic young man who is always almost in the drive thru, well mannered, attentive and friendly. He always makes sure to get my order right, asks me how I am that day, and proceeds to do his job. Very professional. However, the rest seem to always be on edge or tired. Maybe they need better hours. I’d love to come up to the KFC/Taco Bell and to be greeted with friendly faces and positive attitudes. And I’m sure everyone is trying their best, they just need a little encouragement. 😊

It’s always horrible everytime I go there they never have anything cooked ever they are always out of chicken don’t never ever have anything cooked ever they take 45 mins to get you your food out and then half the time it’s cold when it comes out it’s just absolutely horrible I wish they would shut it down and put somthing that’s worth eating there

I went there June 5th 2025 5:20 there's a black girl I told her how you doing today she didn't say nothing I order three-piece White original it tastes burnt it was dry mac and cheese Mike has been sitting there for a while and I told the black woman help me I said thank you and have a great evening she didn't say nothing walked off and the manager Jonathan did not say anything

This place is horrible, we went to place our order and they told us to wait 16 minutes, 30 minutes passed and nothing until we had to go to the window to tell them if something was happening and after that we waited 20 more minutes and to lose we got home and the chicken It was raw and seemed like it was old chicken and instead of fried potatoes they gave us mashed potatoes. The truth is, terrible service.

I'm a worker and they bring negativity to work sometimes and it causes problems like today I messed up one order after asking the customer to speak up and after repeating everything she said yes that's it but then I gave it to her she said it was wrong and now I've been sent home for messing up a order they say

Ordered 8 peice meal. 27 dollars later, 4 tiny hard biscuits, 1/2 bowl of potatoes that was so thick couldn't eat them.No more kfc in ripley. Miss Cindy should really go back and straighten this mess

Usually my favorite place to eat in ripley because it's quick, but the last 2 Fridays I've eaten here and the last two Saturdays I've been sick as a dog with some type of food poisoning. Not sure what's happened but the only commonality between weeks has been my KFC for Friday
