It took almost 10 for someone to answer the speaker for the car in front of me! So I thought as long as they're taking my food would be fresh, boy was i wrong! Fries and nuggets were like rubber! And then little fella at windows wasn't going to fill my cup all the way! Just throw the whole restaurant away!

It’s a run of the mill McDonald’s. I usually only eat breakfast in there but I think it’s ridiculous that they only give one syrup per order of pancakes. Every other McDonald’s I go to at least give you 2. And usually they wait on the drive thru more than inside customers

There was a young lady in the store bagging, making drinks and handing out the orders alone. I ask what her name was she said it was Marcie I really think she should be a manger an a raise. She was so kindhearted an made my experience wonderful

HERE IN RIPLEY MISSISSIPPI. The NEW general manager of the store is more worried about drive through and is rude to people who pay with cash at the register inside demanding people us the kiosks when they order on the kiosks but still need to pay in cash you have to wait 30 to 40 minutes before they send someone to the register to cash you out. I've worked at a mcdonalds and there is no reason to be rude to customers even when your doing two people's job's because you're short staffed. To Top that the kiosks don't even work so how are customer's supposed to use the kiosks if they are down. She also treats her staff horribly blaming them for anything that happens as a customer you can hear her yelling at her employees in the main lobby. This is completely uncalled for and makes people not want to come to Ripley MS Mcdonalds. This never happened when Ms.Shirley was here.

McDonald's fell all the way off.. the only thing
good are the fries .. the last time i enjoyed McDonald's is when they accidentally gave me someone else's order.. it was a much larger order than mine and i was starving.. so i wasn't gonna complain.

Food is not great, mostly cold and the employees are always slow and the drive thru gets food first. Store is clean and bathrooms are small but clean. Employees are nice, but lost and no organization amongst the crews. My last resort for fast food.

Everyone is always friendly when I come in & place my order. Ms. Shirley is always friendly & prompt. Can definitely tell the difference since she's been back as manager!

Absolutely Amazing! This place has it all....The Food! THE SERVICE!!! Great place for friends and family. We get inside with ten minutes till close. They are nice and offer to let us sit in the lobby even though they close in 10 minutes! Employers serviced the food to us and was even talkative. It's as if they just opened! I would come here over New Albanys McDonald's any day! So much better. New Albanys McDonald's is absolutely trash! Thank u ripley McDonald's..... I'm Lovin It!
