Straight shity I use to love going here but now every time I go here they charge me for food then dont give me all my food and my frys r always dumped all over the bag this is the 5th time I have went and asked for 2 beefy 5 layer and pay for two and I only get one from now on I will be taking my money else where

I asked for mild sauce I didn’t get any I also asked for a Baja blast and a lemonade, I winded up with two lemonades also forgot to mention he asked me for any sauces when I was at the window ,plus the manager is very rude to every customer ,all my friends think so as well

After not visiting this location in well over a year, I decided to give it a shot. Service was terrible and the food even worse. It will be a very long time before I make that mistake again. I'd recommend any place in town over this place.

Listen, who is going to see this msg and use it to make this place better HORRIBLE!!! Whoever the dark hair Boss is that is running this place is, needs to be FIRED. Me and my family have been twice in the past 2 months. The first time, the boss was RUDE. He was yelling at his workers and cursing. He did it in front of customers and it was so unprofessional. My order was wrong even after telling him the first time it was so we just left. Tonight, 2 months later, I wanted a Mexican Pizza. Walked in and a lady was waiting and told me she had been waiting 20 minutes for her order. The same boss walked up and was very rude to her. I waited 10 minutes to order and when I did, the boss went and hid. The workers were trying but the boss wasn’t helping them at all. So please, we love eating Taco Bell, but I will not be able too until they hire a new boss to lead these workers in the right direction. The place has went downhill and it’s a shame

My experience at the KFC/Taco Bell location in Ripley was exceptional. I was warmly greeted by friendly staff, and my order was prepared promptly. The food was served hot, fresh, and satisfying. I truly appreciated the excellent service and overall positive atmosphere. I will be back !

The workers were just rude. Especially night shift. The guy kept rushing me &cut me off mid order & he got more mad that i had to repeat myself.They need employees with better attitudes & need to treat people with some respect & decency.

The Manager, the food, the service is the worst ever!! The chicken the tacos everything! They act like they don't even want you there. It does not matter if it's the drive thur or dine in. Will never try them again until they have new management.

This place was a sore disappointment. a friend of mine and I ate there and not only was the service mediocre at best, but our food was cold and the place was a mess. To top it all off, we both ended up getting sick. Both of us called the restaurant and spoke to the manager separately but were told the same thing. And I quote "you didn't get sick from our food. You must have eaten somewhere else and that's what made you sick" the only problem with that argument is that I have not eaten anything anywhere else yesterday prior to eating their, and didn't eat anything afterwards either as I wasn't feeling well. Avoid this place at all costs! Their prices are ridiculous and higher than most other Taco bells I've been to. The food quality is not there and it's just not a good experience overall

My experience at Ripley Taco Bell today was terrible...my neighbor n I are both sick to our stomach...it tasted ok going down but it's not ok now..I called n the manager said it must have been from somewhere else...our food is fresh here..well BS is all I can say...we ate at Taco Bell n that's the only place! I definitely would Not recommend going there.
