Our waitress Gwendalyn was rude, treated my aunt and I horrible. In fact, she left halfway through my aunt's order to help someone else. But, it wasn't just us. She did the same thing to this gentleman. Of course, we were white. Definitely feel discriminated against. I watched how she treated us vs. others of her race. I have NEVER EVER experienced this. Then, she was slamming plates in front of me like she was pissed. And we had stacked our plates trying to be helpful....
I was looking for a place to eat nearby and went in with some hesitation, but the staff was friendly. I ordered a steak, and it was better than most restaurants in the US, and the hash browns were so delicious... The food was well-made, the restaurant was sophisticated, and although it wasn't very clean, it was 5 stars. It's a good place for dogs
Out of the number of Waffle Houses my partner and I have gone to, this one has had the fastest time for service and probably the best burger as well.
