Have attitude training....I'm sick n tired of customer service employees NOT smiling, not happy....the I don't want to be here facial expression is getting old....Fire them..
Busy place, even late-night. Drive-thru employees were distracted by something and we all sat in line for around 10 minutes before I was able to give my order. It is nice that the screen works so you can double-check your order, wish I had checked it since a single was put in instead of a double for my order. They must have run short on bags because my large order was shoved into two of the single-item bags. Huge overkill on the ketchup, especially since I did not ask for any....
