This one star is to write my review. On December 14, 2024, my family and I (party of 12) went to this restaurant after my niece's recital. We arrived at 6:41 p.m., were seated, but sadly some of us only ate a salad, and all of us had a drink, some of which were flat. There were customers who came after us, but they were able to eat what they ordered and leave before a 2-hr wait. It wasn't until my brother decided to leave when my dad (only) received his burger. My dad asked for a to-go box because it was almost 8:30, we were ready to leave, and had not received our food, and the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. The waitress suggested my mom talk to the manager about her concern. The manager, who was also at the register, I noticed was the lady who checked to see if all of her other customers were alright, but she never once came to our table. The waitress would check in periodically on our drink consumption, and my mom would inquire about the food, which every time she'd say, it shouldn't be much longer. We weren't belligerent, but enjoying each other as family, as some of us drove great distances to celebrate our niece. My first and last experience here was the worst. My mom and brother have patronized this establishment before. It wasn't until we got ready to leave and only pay for the drinks and salad we ate that all orders were bagged in to-go boxes. My mom tried to talk to the manager, but she never addressed the concerns, except saying it takes extra time for well-done steaks despite us being there right at 2 hrs. My dad told the manager that he was taking his to-go plate, and going outside, but that his wife, my mom was handling the tab. A young man elbowed the manager, and asked my dad, "Are you sure she's paying for it?" A $278 tab that my mom paid, which included my dad's meal. I wish she would have let these people keep what they cooked and only paid for what we drank and ate which was a salad and beverage, flat beverages, at that. Our waitress was ok serving us, but the manager and the guy were the total opposite. I would never patronize this business, as I certainly hope the fact that we're black did not play a part in how we were served or lack thereof.

First time to visit Longhorns and I must say it was fantastic. The staff is very friendly, food is fantastic and more than enough portions. We will definitely be back.

Best steak I have ever had. Extremely tender and juicy. Onion rings are out of this world. Crispy, light, delicious. Salad bar is the best I have seen in 12 years. Finley chopped lettuce, diced ham, and chopped bacon with a flabbergasting selection of salad dressing. Miss Amy is the best server in MS! I love the steak house.

First time here and we are so impressed! We wanted to do lots of appetizers this time around. We went with bbq pork belly bites, tamales, their homemade coleslaw and crab cakes. All were super tasty, perfectly seasoned and we will 100% order again. For dessert we ordered a chocolate fried pie and a slice of milk and cookies cake. Out of everything the fried pie was my least favorite ONLY because everything was so good. Hands down the milk and cookies cake was the best. It’s light, moist, creamy and chocolatey.

A great place to eat. The steaks are great too. I also love the hamburgers. I haven't gotten anything I didn't love. Great service as well.
