I eat here all the time staff is nice and always has a smile. Food is done fast but not too fast that its questionable on freshness great place to stop for lunch or have a family dinner
Called in my order at 4:20 PM. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Get there at 4:35 and food isn't ready. Finally, around 5:00, they bring my order out with part of it wrong... The cashier asked if I wanted to wait for them to fix it. Really... I said no thanks because that would probably take another 45 minutes... she chuckled. Won't be going back.
The service is fair, just don't expect service with a smile. Had a call in to go order. The BBQ "extreme" nachos are lacking at best. While the pulled meat portion was good, it lacked flavor and sauce. The other toppings were virtually non-existent. There were a few olives, a couple pieces of green onion and about 6 jalapeño slices with a pinch of lettuce. No cheese that I could find, nor other normally expected items on nachos! I feel like had I ordered a sandwich...
