Brandie our sweet waitress was awesome! Very friendly and attentive
We ordered breakfast and all was good except the bacon Lean part was too hard to eat so it was left on the plate Might need to check into a precooked thinner slice that would easily be taken from fridge and warmed up in the microwave before serving

Food was cold, cinnamon skillet was warm but burnt, took forever for the server to take drink orders and bring to the table. Food was being brought to others that came after us and like I said food was cold and the chicken portion was small and over cooked

My waitress was so friendly and nice and helpful for everything if there's three people or even two people order white part of white gravy you get one small bowl to share I guess if it's one person it be smaller but has three people going to share one small bowl of gravy for their biscuits and gravy sorry I did not see that

We had a good waitress, but the wait for our food after placing the order was 50 minutes, the food was warm. We had been driving 5 hrs. and had 3 more to go, we ate the food, but the long wait should not have happened. There were several others that had long waiting times

Nothing was quick ! The waitress for got to bring plates. Silver ware was dirty . When I ask for a plate she stated she brought them. Is said, if so we would not be having this conversation. Waited 10 minutes to have order taken. She for our drinks.
No chick fi la. Service here ! Come on people train your staff !!

Server was horrible, rolled her eyes when we asked for napkins, asked for some condiments which she never brought, had to get myself and asked manager (who was walking the floor and checking on everyone) for items we needed. Server did not put in our appetizer order and when we asked about it she then went and put in the order so we received it about the same time as our food. Did not ask if everything was ok, nor come and ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. She was the same with other patriots as well,

I had lunch while my husband ate a big breakfast. Both were very good. Our server, Damien, was prompt and courteous. We enjoyed the cozy home feeling in front of the crackling fire.

New Year’s Day 2025 I visited Cracker Barrel in Tupelo ms, the young lady that was trying to serve us couldn’t stay on top of our order , wasn’t eager to assist us and had a melt down and walked into the kitchen; of course at that moment the manager was requested. First another server approached the table and said “ we apologize for this incident , the manager says she will be right with you and the waitress and your ticket will be taken care of . The manager came and replace my party with fresh food hot from the kitchen the manager and the rest of the team stepped in and completely and professionally turned that situation into and lovely respected experience , I would love to thank Cracker Barrel for how they handled the situation in such a elegant manor , I purchase a clothing item in the way out to show give back thanks . The food was great the service was justified the experience is everything . I love the shopping gallery and the effort to bring there customers service and a warm down home feeling THANK YOU

Ordered through instacart waited hour was going to cancel it but was told was ready and on the way waited almost another hour food cold as ice wanted the gravy most of all it didn't even come never again

Was seated by the hostess got up and walked out after sitting over 12 minutes without anyone taking my order or telling me they would be with me shortly. The people that was seated 1 table over well after me had there order taken right away. I guess I was invisible.

I try not to be a complainer, but people are having to talk over the music because it was loud!!! The coffee was bad weak, like see through and just had a bad flavor. We also ordered water so when the poor lady that topped our coffee dropped coffee in our water and on the table both times ever though it was still fairly full. It is way over priced for all food (which was just ok) and beverage. You pay for the atmosphere. $3.00 coffee. I didn’t get a biscuit, but was told that was the only good thing.

Vegetarian options: Some days I do not feel like eating meat. This is a great option for me.
