I am a baker at one of the donut shops(used to be Krystal’s actually) in Tupelo and tonight I came and got a pick 5. I was greeted by “Thank you for choosing my Krystal’s.” Oxford’s was closed and that’s where I was ubering for the night and I really wanted some sliders for me and my baby. I am a regular I come every other week because my baby likes them so much. It was 3/17/2026 at 3:30 am. He has his hair in a ponytail and he is always working there late at night. Please let him know he is such a good worker with a great attitude and that is going to go a long way! 😊 Thank you so much for always being open as well! I love Krystal’s!

This might be the worst fast food restaurant to ever exist. Hours are 24/7 but good luck getting the workers inside to take your order. Every single person involved with this store should be fired including the franchisee. Absolutely terrible. Across the board.

This place is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. The burgers are always 2 hours sitting in an oven. Not even hot. Not fresh in any way, drive through I mean don’t even try going to this place past 5pm the workers are in there but they will refuse to take ur order. 15 minutes in drive thru, pull up to window, they’re just laughing and smoking in the kitchen. Took 40 minutes just to get our food then the lady’s asked me a question and the The big dude comes around and gets smart with me not worth it they are rude and it should not take almost an hour to get our food and they were giving food to people that wasn’t even in front of us and they didn’t even apologize I hope yall get some new workers without nasty attitudes

We went here Christmas Day night. To our surprise they were open. A very nice man was working the window. He made us aware that there would be at least 15 min wait. It was actually less. The food was great. Service top notch.
This Krystal was decorated for the Holidays! It was adorable, inviting. The restrooms were clean. The food was made with care, and absolutely delicious! The employees were very Friendly! If we are in this area again, we will definitely eat here. Best Krystal burgers we have ever had!

My husband and I drove thru today, 12/3/25 around 12:30. The gentleman working the drive thru was so polite and he had our order out to us in no time along with the condiments we requested. The food was fresh and tasted great. You don’t experience service like that much anymore. Kudos to him and whoever was in the kitchen!

Krystal burgers are something our family looks forward to every time we go down South. We grew up eating them and now our kids enjoy them as well. Service is always slow but the people were friendly and the food was hot and tasty. Ill take hot food and considerate service or expediency.
