We went here Christmas Day night. To our surprise they were open. A very nice man was working the window. He made us aware that there would be at least 15 min wait. It was actually less. The food was great. Service top notch.

This Krystal was decorated for the Holidays! It was adorable, inviting. The restrooms were clean. The food was made with care, and absolutely delicious! The employees were very Friendly! If we are in this area again, we will definitely eat here. Best Krystal burgers we have ever had!

My husband and I drove thru today, 12/3/25 around 12:30. The gentleman working the drive thru was so polite and he had our order out to us in no time along with the condiments we requested. The food was fresh and tasted great. You don’t experience service like that much anymore. Kudos to him and whoever was in the kitchen!

Krystal burgers are something our family looks forward to every time we go down South. We grew up eating them and now our kids enjoy them as well. Service is always slow but the people were friendly and the food was hot and tasty. Ill take hot food and considerate service or expediency.

The worst food I ever had. And I never complain about food. I never get sick from eating anything, but I think I'm gonna be sick after eating just one of what they call a hamburger here. I usually get the chicken, but not only the prices are much higher than before butthey reduced the number of chicken sandwiches you get. $13 plus for something that belongs in the trash. If it wasn't for the fries i would've walked out of there throwing 13 bucks in the trash. What a shame

It took me and my family waiting for a hour for this little guy to give us cold and uncooked hamburgers! Ridiculous and I wont be going back. Disgusting

After I place my order and paid I realize it wasn't calculated right. The employee and I discuss mid milkshakes for 3:49 but she charged me $4.99×3 and said the price on the board wasn't right and they don't give refunds 🤯.. Talk about RIP-OFF!!! DON'T EAT HERE!!!! THE PRICE ON THE SIGNS ARE FAKE!!! BRING YOUR CALCULATOR....... ALSO WHEN I TRIED TO GET NUMBER TO CORPORATE HE SAID THERE WAS NO CORPORATE I WOULD ONLY TALK TO THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER 🤬 LIKE WHAT 🤷🏽♀️

It took me and my mother 45min-1hr to get 6 Krystal burgers, Reese milkshake, 4 birthday cake bombs, rude employee said it took so long because they had to scoop the ice cream from bucket and blend it burgers were so soggy looks like they been dipped in water also the bombs look like they have been scooped from a left over plate like this is just horrible never again will I be eating here my food is so cold and disgusting I can’t even eat it -1 star from me like that’s how bad it was y’all need better service at the Krystal burger in Saltillo please and think you very much
