I just got some food from here at like 2am and the guy at the window had some great energy. I think the young fellows name was Martez. You don’t see people happy to help each other nowadays. I will be coming back for sure

I picked up food tonight and had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a long time and I arrived 45 minutes before they close so honestly my expectations were low. The gentleman that took my order was friendly and professional, my order was 100% correct and after I paid he apologized that I would have to wait on fresh fries. I waited no more than a minute and they were very fresh and very hot!

Horrible location. I have been may times. 3 times I got home and was missing part of my order. Now I check before I leave the window and 2 times missing an item. The last two times I went in May and June, In May I was told their computer was down and they couldn't accept cards, I informed them I had cash. They still said they couldn't serve me. June I tried again. No cars in the line, I was told it would be 15-20 mins before my order could be placed. Typical wait time from placing order to getting my order at the window is 10-15 mins with no one ahead of me. I really like Krystal. But this location has turned me away from them

When we walked up , Front door was locked , people inside said they wasn't letting anyone else in . It’s 1245 pm . No nobody in drive thru at all . The people inside said we would have to go to drive thru so we did . We sat at drive thru go 7 minutes. Lady cones on speaker and says , one moment please . We wait 5 more minutes and then we drive off . This is not the first time the Saltillo Krystal has pulled this crap . Every time you come here they have some kind of trouble! Maybe Wendy’s can put a store in beside them and put them out of their misery. They are terrible!
The service was terrible. I got there right at 11:00am on July 18. Looked like all they had was 2 employees. I was the only one there at the time and it took 10 minutes for them to take my order as the shift leader was counting the money out of the drive thru register. One person came in behind me and he ended up leaving before being acknowledged. As I was sitting there eating I could hear the people at the drive thru on the intercom and every single one of them had to say “hello hello” before being acknowledged. Hire more people and have your shift leaders be better. One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had Food was ok. Been on the grill a little too long but not here to complain about that. Hire better workers. How is this place still in business is beyond me
