I really don't understand this McDonald's, one month you'll get cold fries, another you'll get a missing item on your order, it seems that this months quirk is not giving you the correct size on half of your order you want a large fry when you're going to get a medium, you want a large coffee or you're going to get a medium you want a medium drink or you're going to get a small. One time is forgivable but three separate times is a little much.

All my food was old my fries were stale they just added more salt, they didn’t mix my McFlurry, girl was on FaceTime in the window

It's hit or miss some employees are rude af but some are great. sometimes, they won't even take your order when you pull up to the drive threw. At 530, on a week day, you can hang it up, no one comes to the drive-through, but the sign says open. Food is mcdonalds tastes the same

Stood at counter for 10 minutes with no help. Employees was walking around on their cell phones . I was the only person in line so they wasn’t busy . Finally left without being able to feed my toddler or myself. Will never go back
