I’m completely disgusted with this McDonalds. I set at the drive thru speaker for about 5 mins before I needed to honk my horn, being met with a hostile, “can you hold on”. Didn’t get a greeting when I first pulled to the window and met with hostility once I was, and I was the one waiting to be greeted. Absolutely horrible, that employee needs to be fired or retrained. She didn’t even take my order just made me wait.

Have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tonight tops it all. Boyfriend goes to get a 10 piece nugget meal for me while I’m at work. He proceeds to tell me that they didnt even ask him for sauce to go with the nuggets. So he specifically told them the sauces he knew I wanted. Get the bag. NO SAUCE. 9 nuggets are inside the box. Two days prior to tonight. I had the rudest women’s taking my order at the drive thru. Don’t recommend. Nuggets weren’t even worth it they were so soggy.

I live close so I brave going here more than I would like to admit. If you are brave enough to try this location you will deal with attitude off the jump. This is not an exaggeration. I would say 80% of the time I’m in a worse mood after visiting this location. If you can deal with rudeness the food you receive should be checked at the window before you pull off. Trust me. If it’s correct it’s McDonald’s food so it’s ok most of the time. Don’t bother asking about ice cream they don’t have it and they will act offended if you ask. They are frequently out of breakfast burritos and hash browns. I wish it wasn’t like this but this location is a joke. The owners and “management” should be ashamed. I hate that it’s so close to the highway. People from out of town stop here and have a bad experience and I’m sure it reflects poorly on the entire community.

I like to play a game with this McDonald’s.

I like to see how many times consecutively they can get my order wrong, and in what unique ways they manage to do it.

Right now we’re at 3 in a row. Bear in mind I don’t order anything complicated - I either get a double quarter pounder with cheese, fries, and a sweet tea, or if it’s breakfast I get a mocha Frappuccino and a chicken biscuit.

My last trip ordering breakfast I instead got a caramel Frappuccino and a sausage and cheese McMuffin. The last one for lunch they forgot to give me fries.

I also am never actually served in the window. I wonder if the drive through employee tells me to pull to the front so they can go in the back and spin a roulette wheel to decide what I’m -actually- getting for food. Especially considering half the time they ask me to do that, I never have people behind me.

Sometimes having a varied diet is a good thing, I guess.

This place is horrible. I sat in the drive-thru for about 6 minutes and no one ever asked me for my order. When I drove up to the first window the girl was busy messing with the register and never even looked in my direction. So I then moved up to the window where you pay and she proceeds to open the window and as I tell her what happened she never once apologized,
all she said was we are only taking cash. Worst service ever!

I asked the girl (who brought my order out finally after almost 30 minutes after paying for the food) spefically... is there BBQ sauce for those nuggets? She said yes. GUESS WHAT WASNT IN ANY OF THE 3 ORDERS OF NUGGETS 👎🏻

Tried to get breakfast like an hour after they opened, me and three other cars sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. No one ever did. Not suprising, most workers at this location are very rude anyways

My friend and I went through the drive through and they told us to pull up to the door. Apparently, we pulled up to the wrong one, because the worker walked outside to take our food to us and just stood there at the other door waiting for us. She literally stood there for a while instead of walking to our car. Once I noticed her, she gestured for me to pull up. I started to pull around and she went back inside with our order. She then walked back out and set it on the sign?? What was the point?? So rude for no reason even though we were nice after they confused our orders. I’ve worked in fast food before and you could never catch me doing this. Just lazy and petty.

Went in today to get my toddler a 6 pc McNugget happy meal and this is what we received inside the nugget box. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Thai obviously isn’t the first mishap we’ve had at this location and others in the area which is why I’m leaving a review. For a business that relies on customer support to survive it’s very obvious McDonald’s doesn’t care about their customers or reputation anymore. I hope that someone fixes these issues.

Ordered on the app 10 minutes before arrival. Pulled up to the speaker, no one answered, pulled around the restaurant to make sure they were open and they were. Pulled back to the speaker, still no answer so we pulled up to the first window. The woman at the window said “you’re supposed to pull to the speaker” I told her I pulled to both speakers and waited with no responses “Well, I wasn’t ready to take your order.” My response was “That’s your job.” She ended up checking us in but we STILL had to wait another 15 minutes for our food to come out. When they did bring it, the woman basically threw it at us and walked off.
If you don’t want to serve people, maybe don’t work in the service industry.

I wait for an hour to get the order my daughter placed on the app. When I get to the window they could not pull up the order. The woman was very rude. I reorder while waiting.
I ordered a happy meal and ask for more fries and no toy or apple. They have done this before but she was very rude and said they didn’t do that. Then when I got my order the fries were very hard and cold.
