I was fairly disappointed in my delivery order. I’ve eaten from here only once before and no complaints whatsoever; although, this particular order was off. My cheesy bread was burnt. The pepperjack cheese cubes were hard as a rock. The lemon pie was a little bland. BUT the boneless wings were cooked perfect and the boom boom sauce was amazing. I had requested blue cheese and all I got was ranch. Glad they have the good ranch.

I had high hopes for Skybox Restaurant in Mississippi, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were not greeted or guided to our seats—just left to find our own way. We were eventually seated in the back of the restaurant, which felt dismissive right from the start.
We placed our food order and then waited over an hour and 25 minutes without receiving anything. When we finally asked about it, the waitress casually suggested we could “take it to go,” as if that were an acceptable solution. It felt clear that we were not welcome there.
We mentioned we were traveling and chose this place based on its name and food options. Sadly, it seems our presence—and our money—were not valued. The treatment we received made it clear that not all guests are treated equally here.
I will not be returning, and I strongly discourage anyone from supporting this establishment. Do better, Skybox.

We ate here before it was good. But tonight we had carry out I had the prime bib dipper. It was on a hamburger bun but was supposed to be on hogie bun, it didn't have the jui e to dip or the horseradish sauce o. It. We asked if the sauces were in the fried pepper rings and .mushrooms she said they were in there well they were not. You don't get what is described on the menu.

Johnette has put together a team of customer service oriented people who make the experience exceptional and the atmosphere is very friendly. Family friendly, too.

I love this place. I usually order take out. The staff is super sweet, and I like the overall atmosphere. My favorite meal from here is definitely the sliders, but I also love how delicious the chicken tenders are. They make their own honey mustard, and honestly it is really delicious!

As much as we loved our waitress, we were very disappointed in the burgers we ordered. The menu has recently been pared down, which is totally understandable, but our favorites are no longer available. We branched out and got a classic cheeseburger, but couldn't even eat them because the meat was so overly cooked and flavorless that we weren't even able to rehydrate them with loads of ketchup and mayo. The fries and tots were good, but we won't be getting the burgers again. We miss the nachos and spuds!

i just ordered a philly cheese steak meal for lunch today, it was my first time trying it, the amount of fries i got were minuscule. like barely a handful. the sandwich was okay but overall it was not worth the $12
