I waited over 15 minutes for my meal, since the kitchen is so open I actually got to see the Cooks make my food and I saw them put two of my items in my bag then leave my bag sitting on the kitchen counter while they made fries for about 3 to 5 other people until they finally put fries in my bag and gave me my order. Also I had ordered in advance from about 10 minutes away and when I arrived they hadn't even started my order or even known that I had ordered.

Small restaurant co-located with a fueling station and quick mart. Our order took longer than expected, however, it had all been cooked fresh to order and was delish! Hostess was friendly and offered a smile with our food. What a wonderful surprise!!

In Sardis they do their own thing you might get waited to n the f they feel like it me and several other customers waited over 30 min just to get acknowledged we were even there all of them should have been fired or at least wrote up terrible store supervisor needs to come to this store and fix it this happened

Sat in line forever, no cars ever moved. Saw other cars pulling off so I did. Looked at drive thru window and no orders were taken. They were laughing. Came back thru 10 minutes later and saw same car that was in front of me still sitting at order menu.
