I guess I won’t be ordering from Domino's Pizza ever again. (Newport, NH location)
We never have a problem but tonight was absolutely terrible. First issue was that we tipped the delivery driver and never do contactless, they delivered the pizza and put it on the ground without knocking like they normally do. Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza without cheese for the one with allergies and the first one came with sausage on it. Called the “manager” and was schooled about how they can’t promise cross-contamination from happening on the veggie. He apologized and offered to remake it after schooling me about the kitchen not being allergen free, said he would personally make the pizza himself and it comes to my door this time and what do I find on the second veggie? Sausage.. Now I am beginning to think it was purposely done the second time around and I ended up throwing both pizzas away because nobody else in my house will eat them. Very very upset and unsatisfied. We won’t be coming back again! 😵💫🥴😣😒

I placed an order for pick up at the drive up window on April 1st around 12:30. I was alerted that my order was ready so I pulled up to the window. Literally sat at the window for 18 -20 minutes (not a big deal for me because I got lost watching a television show). There were no customers around and from what I could see no employees. I finally tooted my horn and knocked on the window. An angry employee finally opens the window and tells Me That I could have brought my “Karen a$$” into the store to get my pizza. I was absolutely dumbfounded as I was extremely patient and wasn’t even upset until she verbally assaulted me. I pulled around and walked into the store. When I went to get my already paid for order she snatched it and literally threw it all across the kitchen. I have literally never been treated with such disrespect and unkindness. I told her that the reason I ordered for pick up at the window is because I extremely sick. She responded by telling me that she has heart disease and that I should have ordered soup instead. She refused to give me corporate or

Am nearly two weeks later after leaving a complaint with corporate, no pizza, no apology and no refund. I called today and ironically the same employee answered. She argued with me and said that I called her a filthy name when she came to the window, which is completely untrue. I told her that I Didn’t want to argue, I just wanted my money back. She told me I should call back after 5 pm. This is the Dominos at 5603 N Michigan rd Indianapolis, Indiana 46228. I would like to say that we have used this Dominos since they opened and have always found everyone to be extremely kind, efficient and professional. The restaurant is extremely clean. I ordered a Philly steak pizza a small it wasn't cut like a pizza was supposed to cut it was chopped up in little pieces and one big piece, I order at this store alot but I'm thinking I should get my pizza elsewhere, I never seen such uncaring service like that, I only gave one star for service because I can't give nothing

Don't bother! I called about my order 30 minutes after placing and paying to be told that they're looking at it and it should be enroute! You are looking at my order, AND it should be enroute?! They are inept. No rewards for my pizza profile bad enough. But they took my money and don't know where my food is at!?!
Parking: 2 Handicapped Parking spots. There is also a drive-thru pickup window and they do curb service from the door to your car.

Ordered curbside delivery. Waited 20 minutes and then went in to get my own pizza. Sad part is I paid tip in advance. Lesson learned. And as I left saw most employees talking outside in back of building! Sad for Prosperity,SC location!

I ordered pizza first of all they had a very poor staff which had no respect towards the costumer. they delivered my order after 1.t hrs and that to not fresh. Would not recommend any one this store

I order from this Domino’s all the time. It’s close to my house which makes it convenient. The pizza is always good. The customer service is great, and I like they will deliver in this area.
