I received my pizza more than 2 hours after I ordered it. Tried calling the store and no one answered the phone until my order was 2 hours late. I was told it was on the way and told it would be hot. I was lied to. When I received my pizza it was almost as cold as the weather outside.

Tried to order on app… error every time! Tried to call the store… no one ever answers… tried to go to the store to order… while the store hours showed open, the workers kept mouthing through the glass that they were closed!!!! It’s always an inconvenience with this place! Service always sucks!!!

I have ordered over 10 times from this place. Each time the bread bites are soggy, undercooked and flat. Causing me to drive 20 minutes back to the store. I'm leaving this review here until the place improves. Stop pushing your food through the oven to try and keep up pace. Just let it cook....

Doesnt even deliver to hardly anyone but people who live in robinwood. I live off yankee town and they don't even deliver there. Its less than 10 miles away. They never answer the phones and the customer service is garbage i hate to say.
I recently ordered Domino's after being a loyal customer of 40 years and both pizzas were burned to a crisp. After contacting my local store which will not answer the phone, I contacted customer service and they too have not helped to resolve the problem. We as well as our friends and family will not longer purchase from Domino'

Every time I order from this particular Dominos they screw up my order. I spend 30 to 75 dollars every order always carry out because they won't deliver orders over 25$ or so I was told and then when you call to tell them they messed up your order they won't answer the phone. You have to take the order back to them and make them fix it. Ugh it's frustrating

Placed an online order "to be delivered". Paid almost $100 for this order - including a tip. The entire order was not hot at all and was not made as ordered. I also bit into a foreign object on first bite of pizza and about broke my teeth. Contacted Customer Service online and created a case. I indicated I preferred "email" communications; the store management called me. I was offered a free pizza to be accepted within one week, or a percentage off of next order. Did not accept either as I was not encouraged to receive the same from this store.
