I was an actual customer through my granddaughter and the assistance in paying for an order. The proprietor of The Sweet Spot is well aware of my connection to the customer attached to this review. She has sent multiple texts, which has been the source of my knowledge of her denials. These texts have been saved to be used if needed...What a sad little home-based business this is. I am sure this lady will go out of her way for family and close friends, however, for the rest of us, she is unreliable, dishonest and full of petty excuses for her inability to fulfill an order. Unfortunately, this is the second transaction gone sour. The first order, ended badly after the pick up person waited an hour and a half, receiveing only a partial order. As she still owed cookies, and was notified of a specific date and time, the pick up person again waited for well over an hour only to finally leave without the anticipated cookies. This is not a way to build a business or a credible customer rating. I would highly recommend NOT using the Sweet Spot in Saucier, Ms.

My little sister got a piece of trash for her birthday. If you want to get a cake or cookie for a birthday and want to have it done in a certain time frame the I highly recommend going to Walmart and make a cake yourself. The cupcakes looked like the stuff that comes out of paw patrols butt and the cake felt like a brick and had fingerprints all over It when we got it. When we threw it away, it didn’t move. The icing was stale and we didn’t even want to eat it so we threw it away
