It's clear that customer satisfaction isn't a priority at Burger Barn. When management offers no accountability or even a basic apology after a customer was yelled at with profanities and denied a refund, it shows a deep disrespect for patrons. We won't be returning and strongly advise others to dine elsewhere until they can demonstrate they value their customers.
I visted Burger Barn while I was out with my grandbabies. The service was not good at all. After my order was taken I waited awhile for the food. I did not know my food was ready because no one called my name. By the time the lady gave me my food it was cold. She had to give me more fries.
