WOW Hometown Prime is awesome our meal was perfect and amazing and it came out right the first time I enjoyed the chicken Alfredo with a baked potato the potatoes was cooked prefer perfectly. My wife had the surf and turf, shrimp and fillet, medallions, shrimp and grits and not forget the very very nice salad bar. Their desserts are very delicious as well. I recommend Hometown prime to anyone that’s got a hungry spot that needs filling. I’m coming back to try the classic prime rib next very delicious.

I would compare the steak and seasoning to that of a chain restaurant. With that said, the steaks are a litter overpriced. I ordered a medium rare signature ribeye for $36 and it came out medium well. Seasoning wasn’t anything to write home about. Steaks are thin which may be why it was overcooked so easily.

My waitress, Taylor, was pleasant and it is a nice restaurant.

The steak was so tender I could cut it with a butter knife. Seasoned well and perfectly cooked. The salad bar had a good selection. Our server was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Had the hot food buffet today for my birthday. Food was delicious and service was great.

Not our first visit, but our first time having the steak. Oh. My. Goodness. They were WONDERFUL. The grill cook was out (it was a holiday weekend) so the owner, Ardy, was the grill master. My son had the salmon and he said it was the best he'd ever had. Highly recommend. 🙂

Great meal!! My wife and I dined here recently and we were very pleased with everything. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. We ordered the onion straws for appetizer, my wife ordered the classic ribeye and I ordered the signature ribeye and we both got loaded baked potatoes. The onion straws with dipping sauce were really good. The ribeyes were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The salad bar has plenty of choices as well. I highly recommend anyone to give Hometown Prime a try….you’ll be glad you did.

The receptionist was professional and friendly. The waitress was one of the best I've encountered. She was GREAT. The manager came around making sure everything was to our liking and invited us to come back. Great Southern Hospitality. Highly recommended.

We arrived on Saturday before Mother’s Day and there was a short wait. Once we were seated my wife selected the filet mignon and I, the signature ribeye. Our server was friendly and got our order in quickly as the steaks were brought to our table shortly after we finished our salads. They were fantastic in fact my wife said that it was probably the best steak she ever had. Well worth the drive from Pearl.
