I went there Monday Morning and got breakfast for me my mom and my brother. The Biscuits are always super delicious and so buttery and soft. The whole meal in itself was wonderful. Oh the lady who was working that morning, I don't know her name but she was in drive thru and she handed my order. Anyway she is so sweet and friendly and I love her warm smile. Oh and I'm sorry I don't know your name. Wards I have to say she is definitely a good employee

I have missed Ward's when I moved to the Jackson metro area. My grandfather always loved a Big One extra onions. I order that same thing from time to time in in remembrance of him.

Service was lacking. Staff was not knowledgeable of items on their menu and gave very vague answers like “ones bigger than the other “
Okay.. which one? Also multiple staff members had to be asked because no one knew the difference between their signature burger and the other burger options.
Also no soap in bathroom, which I should’ve assumed by the look of the bathroom.
Food tasted fresh but burger patty was close to an inch shy on the bun.
I did like the pellet ice. & surprised at how well staffed the place was.

This place is a regional gem!! You just gotta be from the area to truly appreciate it!!! Highlights are the chilli cheese dog, the big one, and the root beer!!! Ask for your fries fresh out the grease add salt!!!

So what is up with their Chilie? I mean there is no flavor at all, it's just boiled meat!!! No Chilie sauce no seasoning what so ever. It's like they are trying to save money by not fixing it properly. YUCK. I won't be ordering any more from them.
