My husband bought lunch on 3/27/25 His meal was about $10. He was charged over$2,000.00😡😡😡 The manager told him that it will be put back on his card in a couple of days. I feel like they are trying to steal from their customers!!! I pray to GOD that we get our money back.

The staff is courteous, helpful and and very nice to the customers. Ward's in Collins is hands down the very best place to eat breakfast. They make fresh homemade style biscuits every morning. The breakfast platter can't be beat. They also have very good biscuits and sausage gravy as well as really good tomato gravy and biscuits. And their sausage, egg, &cheese biscuits, Ham, egg, &cheese biscuits, Bacon, egg and cheese, Sausage biscuits, Ham biscuits, Egg and cheese biscuits, even their plain butter biscuits are all top notch. If you don't care for or don't want your breakfast on a biscuit they will put it on your choice of regular or Wheat toast. Or if you dont want breakfast food for breakfast they will make you anything on the lunch menu for breakfast. Their special that everyone usually gets for lunch or supper is called a Big One or a Little One, which is a chili cheese burger that comes with their special Ward's Chili which is extremely good and a chili you can only get at Ward's. I highly recommend Ward's
Dietary restrictions: Ward's will accommodate and fix your meal to fit any diet you may be on be it carnivore diet, Adkins, Keto, they also accommodate people who are on a gluten free diet or any other diet you may be on just tell them how you want it example, just meat patties with cheese and lettuce wrap, no buns, or whatever you need.
Parking: The parking is free and there is plenty of parking space available.
Kid-friendliness: Ward's is extremely kid friendly. Alot of people regularly bring their children to get their breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ward's is easily wheelchair accessible. I was in an extremely horrible life altering wreck and spent 5 1/2 years in a wheelchair until I was able to regain use of my legs and learn to walk again and I was easily able to get in and out of Ward's in my wheelchair.

The food would have been good if it had been prepared as I ordered. I got about 10-12 fries in a small order. The fries bag was a little over half full. When I asked about the amount, the manager was not too pleasant. I was unable to go inside and didn't have time to debate the issue. I left the restaurant disheartened and had to get my day started.
