The food would have been good if it had been prepared as I ordered. I got about 10-12 fries in a small order. The fries bag was a little over half full. When I asked about the amount, the manager was not too pleasant. I was unable to go inside and didn't have time to debate the issue. I left the restaurant disheartened and had to get my day started.

At a breakfast rush time don’t put people doing a first day training at the drive thru. Customers are in a hurry and need speedy service at that time to get to work.

I love Ward's, especially the homemade root-beer. I always get a pulled pork sandwich.
I never was fond of Wards. But we were hungry and it was all there was. Boy were we in for a great surprise. The southern deluxe burger and fries was outstanding! If fed 2 of us. The bathrooms were clean too.

I was there app 9 am. Ordered a link sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and hash browns. Paid almost 7.00 for this. There is not much worse than biting into a doughy biscuit—could not eat it. So I thought I had the hash browns—they also had not been cooked enough—they were light golden and were all broken up fallen apart in the little bag—bottom line—stop taking the biscuits out of the oven early—as I am more than sure you have exact instructions on time and temp—same with the hash browns—I threw away 7.00 and who can afford to do that in this economy. Had to make another stop and get something that was edible. Not a good experience.

It took forever to get my order. Then I watched my order get handed out the window after the lady told the other one that it was my order 3 Times. Then had to wait for them to quit arguing so they could make the order again.
