If you are looking for the best BBQ and soul food, this place is the only place you should go. The ribs were the most tender that I have ever had and they were very meaty, not just bones. The baked beans are loaded with ground meat and are very flavorful. We were given free samples of potato salad and rib tips - they were excellent. My daughter loved the loaded chicken -- the serving was so big that she ate it for three nights in a row. The servings were huge -- you won't go away hungry. The candied yams for dessert were amazing. If you are choosing between the cabbage greens and the turnip greens, the turnip greens have more flavor. Adding their homemade pepper sauce improved the flavor of the cabbage greens. Big Daddy and Barbara were so friendly -- we felt like we had been invited into their home as long-time friends. We pulled into the driveway and they came out to the door to wave us into the restaurant. By the time we were done with our meal, we were taking pictures with them. My teenage daughter almost started crying when we left because they were so welcoming and friendly. She said that she wanted to start keeping a list of restaurants that she wanted to return to sometime in her life and this would be the only restaurant on that list. It is worth driving a couple hours for this outstanding meal.

When I went to P.E.A.K.S. I tried their breaded honey gold wings and they were literally the best wings I’ve ever had in my life. To make things better the customer service was impeccable and facility was spotless. I can’t come wait to come back to Tchula just to return to P.E.A.K.S.

I just passed by this place today and decided to turn around and grab a burger. Best decision I’ve made in a very long time. I had the Big Boy Cheeseburger. It was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cook,, hot, fresh toppings! One of the best fast food burgers I’ve ever eaten! Will be a repeat customer for sure!

We hunted deer near by that morning and got there around 10:30 which meant we had to sit in the truck and smell the delicious aroma of cooking ribs and chicken for a while. At 12:00 we started the eat-a-thon. Ribs with loaded baked beans and collard greens with fried corn bread. This was followed with candied sweet potatoes for dessert. Then he came by with a tray of chicken leg quarters and we had to sample them as well. We chatted with Big Daddy and before we left he gave me a pie of his lemon cake to go. Good food at a good price. Don’t pass it up if you happen to be in Tchula at lunch time.
