I’ve passed by this place many times but thought I would stop to try the steaks tonight. The staff was friendly the restaurant had a old rustic western vibe and the reason I gave a three stars instead of five for the atmosphere it is a stock yard and it smelled like one in the dining area. The steak was just ok but not good enough to go back and our server was good she gets five stars. The salad bar was good not a lot of variety but the burgers look good and the dessert was good.

If you haven't eaten here you are missing out. Their fish filet 10 put of 10 hushpuppies 10 out of 10 slaw 10 out of 10. Hubby had the steak and he loves Heinze 57 well not this time he said his steak didn't need anything.

Went here while visiting my brother and sister in law and was surprised by how good this place was! I would recommend anyone that goes down for an Ole Miss vs your team to venture down for a meal. I believe our waitresses name was Sara and she made sure we were 100% satisfied!

Had a great time just enjoying the atmosphere really made you feel comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend if you’re close and you have a chance at least have a steak, my favorite is the COWBOY CHICKEN with extra mushrooms.

Have driven by for a while but never stopped. Was always in a hurry. Boy am I glad we made the short drive from Oxford tonight! It was so worth it. Both the food and the service.
First off they have great specials every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Tonight (Friday) was a New York Strip one fried fish filet, baked potato, salad and Texas toast. Get this…only $23! Both my wife and my friend Dennis had the special. I had my mind on the whole fried catfish even before we got there. Oh, did I mention the salad bar? Yes please.
Personally I have always thought my steaks on the grill are the best but after a stealing a few bites off their plates I must admit they were both pretty dang tasty. One cooked medium and the other medium rare. Both cooked spot on. Tender, juicy with amazing flavor.
The whole fried fish was thoroughly enjoyed as it was fried just right and crispy. Great flavor to boot. Did I mention the salad bar? (hint hint)
Overall, a great first time visit. The service was tops. Attentive without hovering. The food was outstanding and very satisfying. Oh and two hours later, we are still pleasantly full.
Will be watching for their specials every week for sure!

Hats off to Outlaw’s Steakhouse for a fantastic meal on Friday night. It was our first time to visit but definitely will not be our last. Just a short drive from Oxford and well worth the trip. Their nightly specials are great. Not only value wise but quality food to boot.
My wife and my friend both had the strip steak special which also included a fried catfish fillet, baked potato and a trip to the salad bar. Cooked spot on and not only tender but very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of the fried whole catfish plate and salad bar.
The service was excellent. Attentive but not overbearing. Everyone was very friendly.
Apologies for not including any pictures but didn’t even think about taking any until we were well into our meal. Next time!

A hidden gem for sure, the service as sweet as Grandma's sweet tea. If you want a country/western date night then this is the place to go. Sitting on the couch waiting and watching a sunset with your sweetie is a great way to have a date night.Why not 5 stars, I hate to be critical but the steak... well not the steak but the sauce on it. Personally not a fan of A1 or anything close to it so having that on the steak was a crime. Tho next time I would make sure not to get the sauce. Honestly tho if they just used butter or garlic butter on the steak it would for sure get 5 stars for sure. It's a good steak but personally butter would make it Grrrrreat (Tony Tiger voice).Still a great place and not too far from Tupelo so for sure worth a drive.Side note: sweet potato and sweet potato fries were great, the beer batter fried green beans were amazing and fresh, and the corn nuggets (aka chicken feed nuggets) were great as well being hot and crunchy.
