A really nice place for burgers, they have a variety of options to choose from, fries are also very good. They offer delivery as well and a nice place to eat too.

Ordered a delivery through Talabat however both the restaurant and the driver seemed incapable of locating the address (which was clearly stated in the order). We gave and described our address over the phone multiple times, text the address, and shared a screenshot of the location on Google Maps as well as our live location over WhatsApp. The driver then arrived 100 meters away from the address and on the other side of a busy main road. He sent us blurred photos of his surroundings for us to decipher his location. We had waited well over an hour for the delivery. The food itself was uninspiring - certainly not worth the wait (let alone the price). My friend threw up shortly after eating his burger.

This is one of the few places you can trust with a quality patty at a reasonable price. The problem is that their location is horrible and not easily accessible.

The order took over an hour to get here, The burger was just as bad as any fast food chain, if not worse. yet it was 3 times as excpensive. The service was terrible, and the everything about this place was super bad, i can honestly say it was the single worst experience I’ve ever had on Talabat!!!! NEVERRR ORDER from this disgusting restaurant EVER again ???

We got to our hotel late and stumbled into the nearest place for food. Great luck for us! This place has a ton of character (no pun intended) and the burgers are amazing! It has a limited menu (burgers and wings) but they do both well! We toured Jordan and stopped in again when we got back to Amman! I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Food rating:- Very Good Location:- Khalda and 5th circle Price:- $$ - $$$ Restaurant type: Service and staff:- Very Good Hygiene:- Excellent The place opens From 12 PM - 1 AM; except Thursday from 12 PM - 2 AM & Fridays 1 PM - 2 AM; they deliver to your house and have outside seating. BBQ wings with Blue Cheese, Mini Burger (BBQ, Mexican the star of Heroes and Mushroom & Swiss), Grilled Chicken with Curly fries and BBQ - Blue Cheese - Ranch Is what I recommend. P.S. I can never get enough of Heroe's Brgers, especially the mini Mexican burgers! I never liked the normal burgers but the mini ones are seriously addictive! DO try it with their curly fries along with the blue cheese... PLUS - I love the fact that they always, always call a day or two after ordering through the phone just for customer's feedback.

I have this thing about the crunch factor in sandwiches...and I finally found in burgers at Heroes Burgers. The bun is crunchy and fresh on the outside and beef party is juicy and flavouful on the inside. Easily one of the top five for me. Thank you for giving us a great meal?
Awful customer service!!! I attempted to place an order via the phone. I wanted to know what kind of fish sandwiches did they sell, and the male who answered the phone gave me the name of the company who they buy the fish from. I asked again, “what kind of fish?†He got impatient with me and hung up the phone. Why he would think I would be interested in WHERE they buy the fish as opposed to WHAT KIND, as in catfish, pan trout, etc. is beyond me. This is why we need to get a quality education and learn the value of quality service. As hungry as I was, I refused to patronize a place where employees are too impatient and rude to answer an innocent question. Most menus have this info on it; their's doesn't. Thus, someone who'd doesn't live in the area would not know this. Nevertheless, no more A & M for me!!!!
