If I could give this restaurant 20stars I would!!! We received exceptional customer service on tonight, the food was fresh and hot, the customer service was phenomenal all the way to making our order to receiving it. They got a good one on the team now (Mr. Joey) i really hope he stays because it’s been a minute since I’ve received this kind of impeccable service. It was dark outside but enough light to see, but from what I can tell the parking lot was totally free from trash and debris, the stores signage was readable, the drive thru speaker was up to part (other restaurants you have to constantly repeat yourself), the employees looked presentable, the lobby was clean and welcoming, when we received our orders all condiments and other necessary items were inside the bag (iykyk you practically have to sit in line hold up others just to make sure you have all you need well, not at Jacks) overall EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!!!

I just left here and tried to call back back but no answer. My chicken is hard my biscuits are hard I didn't get my receipt. I asked for hot sauce and ketchup and got hot sauce and honey instead. And It's not even busy ?

I used to go here back in March was my last visit I miss the white young manager that used to work there she was a wonderful nice lady always opened in the morning And was very helpful to my mom and me the manager there now is rude and always yelling at her employees they need better staff at night as well because I waited 5min for someone to take my order in drive threw and then I went to the window and know one was there like I said they need better employees and managers!!!!

Cant seem to get the pies we order ever. Chicken tastes old. Shows 3 sliders for advertisement but only give you 2 .One more chance then back to Churches Fried Chicken for us twice a week. Wish they could get it together ,some days its great .

I just wanna say the Jack's in tunica has improved so much over the last few months. There's a male manager that always smiles and does a great job with his staff. He made me feel so welcome, he deserves a raise. The FOOD was awesome. Hot seasoned and came out fast. I sat in the dining area it was clean. I just wanna say I'll definitely be back.

Great place to eat. Cashier was on break outside she was friendly before we even walked in the door. We went in and she came in to serve us. Food got to us fast and was fresh and hot. No complaints.
Rude employees that take forever with your order! Parking lot always empty, so why do I have to wait 30 mins on my food? The food is great though lol

I went to get chicken. My biscuit was hard and my chicken was fresh but fried like skins. I would have enjoyed it if it was cooked properly. What really upset me was the fact that the waiter on the intercom wouldn't even let me get my order out. ?
