I went to get chicken. My biscuit was hard and my chicken was fresh but fried like skins. I would have enjoyed it if it was cooked properly. What really upset me was the fact that the waiter on the intercom wouldn't even let me get my order out. ?

I walked in The restaurant and Walked to the Counter and There was a Drive thru Cashier and a Floater Preparing The Orders & Dropping Fries & bagging Orders. A Worker walks Back Up to The Cash Register and Takes the Guy's Orders that Came in Behind Me As He watched Me Standing There Awaiting a Cashier to Take My Order. I Felt Very Disrespected and NOT APPRECIATED.

It was my first visit wish we had one in Nashville,Tn wonderful service.
Long wait times. Disrespectful. Feathers still on Chicken legs. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Mac and Cheese is great though.

Went to this place yesterday, The manager on duty around 5:30 very unprofessional, gave me some fries that had been already sitting up for the 15 or 20 minutes as I waited on the rest of my order, flies flying all around the fries, she attempted to cook more fries, which wen I got home wasn’t done at all, my drink was flat food was terrible as always. It’s a shame how these people can’t cook, these people need to pack up and leave ASAP!! I will never spend another dime at this place!! Vey poor management and staff is young and don’t give a dam play all day while needing to be taught how to do their job properly very reason why they only get 2 cars a day. They are very disgusting!!!

Tunica locationPurchased 2 orders. Client in car and self. While waiting for my order, associate gave me clients meal to take put to her so it would be hot. That was nice. Love the French fries don't have to hold three or four sticks to taste potato. Savor one fry at a time. The fried chicken fresh hot and real tasty.
