Run and don’t look back. After driving an hour to get to pride of the pond and get home the pieces are so small it’s gonna take 4 pieces to equal up to 1 filet. You don’t know this until you open the box. Over the phone I was told the was $105. I get there and it’s $110 which is fine. I don’t mind paying for what I want but I want to get what I pay for and I didn’t get that. The customer service is terrible and I do mean horrible. I was not told about the sizes only the count. Now Ms. Tina who is supposed to be the manager is saying bring it back the day of and we will exchange it. Well MS TINA it’s the day of my function and I’m not prepared to drive an hour away and an hour back. If I could give 0000 stars I would. Please Please Please check what you are paying for and getting before you leave the dirt and dusty field lot. Because you might not be getting what you’re paying for. My personal opinion and experience is they are being misleading. Advise your customers that the pieces are small and let them decide if this is what they want and not just trying to make a profit. Have some Pride at the Pond. I work in customer service every day so I know the importance of CS and it’s not there.

The Pride Of The Pond gives A plus service. I called with a request that they don’t usually have. The customer service manager made sure that my fish was waiting for me when I made it there. I drove from Arkansas because they have The Best catfish I have ever eaten. I usually buy 4 boxes at a time.
