The Pride Of The Pond gives A plus service. I called with a request that they don’t usually have. The customer service manager made sure that my fish was waiting for me when I made it there. I drove from Arkansas because they have The Best catfish I have ever eaten. I usually buy 4 boxes at a time.

The way they treat their employees is enough to make me not want to have their food.
Bill is terrible. Pulled a gun on two teenagers trying to get their checks. Tried to steal their property out of their car, and even damaged their property. Terrible look for the company. Grown man acting like a child.
