Did not answer phone for call in order because, as the recording stated, the staff was too busy. Drove up, ghost town. Filthy parking lot. All the tables were dirty as was everything. Staff sitting around on their phones. No coffee was made. And they did not have any “to go“ silverware so I had to eat my order with my fingers in my car.

The server seem to have an attitude when we asked her about the water we were waiting on.The floor had food on it & was sticky& we wiped our own table off,& the seat before we sat down.

We went to this Waffle House twice lately. Both times the food was so good. The staff was nice and helpful. It is conveniently located to the casinos. The only thing I didn’t like is the temperature in the building was freezing, but all waffle houses are like this.

I stopped in for lunch with my mother & brother. I had fried shrimp and french fries. The shrimp had a tempura type batter, were big & taste great. They had a shrimp quesadilla and the shrimp & grits. My brother cleaned his plate, so I assume the grits were good. Mom said hers was good also. I will eat here again. Note: the dinning area is small.

Went there late night. Someone in a car parked right outside greeted us (?). We walked in and the place was a DISASTER! Then, the person who greeted us from the car was an employee. She came on in and asked us what would we like, also wreaking of the smell of WEED. Before she came in to help us we were sooo taken aback of the tables that have not been cleaned after previous diners, AND the lit gas 'eye' on the stove that was roaring a high blue flame ALL THE TIME she (and to our surprise) two more employees who only got out of the car when another couple came in. What that couple did is what we should've done, LEFT. I have NEVER seen anything like this. Employees sitting in a car smoking themselves into oblivion while the restaurant is a total disaster. If we knew of another place that was open we would've left also. Totally ridiculous.
Tunica Crazy waffle house!! I have visited this waffle house many times. After leaving the casinos, neither time was I waited on ,or acknowledged that I was there,until unexcusable time !! Just to tell me they were closed for dinning, it was so nasty inside, and workers,talking with cursing!! Thus time was even worse!! The place was awful, floor soaked with water, took a set, waited to be waited on. And once again dine in was closed, then when I thought of a sandwich I could eat in car. She said..well are credit card machines are down, they have nothing to drink!! Butt did have coffee. So how much is coffee,$2.50..but I will give you the coffee, ok..I asked for cream, she made a remark to I give you coffee, and you want cream too !! Well yes !! Wish I could get phone number of owners of thus place ??

I’ve been coming down every week for about 2 months now. The food is always good and the customer service is fine. I order the same thing every week, but the prices are always different and the card machine never works. I don’t keep cash on me, so I always have to cash app the employees. It would be nice to have a sign on the door to say the card reader is broken. I’ve seen the machine work for other customers though, maybe it just doesn’t take American Express, Mastercard or Visa. I don’t keep cash on me and this is very inconvenient.
