Once again, the Tunica Sonic fails. This time, waited 15 mins for someone to take our order - no one ever did. We left without even getting to place our order. Poor management? Unmotivated employees? Understated? Maybe all three. Such a bummer

Love sonic's slushies. My daughter and I each ordered a small slushie on the app. Pulled in the parking spot and waited. Two other cars pulled in after us, (one was right to us so we heard them order). Both cars got their order before us. We waited for like 20 minutes for slushies. Rediculous. This is the second time this happened.
We were at Sonic in Tunica MS.

Do not recommend. There were only a handful of customers present. Employees were outside at the back of the restaurant. Only one employee was visibly present inside the building. We waited at least 10 minutes after pushing the button before leaving. Service is absolutely terrible.

3rd visit in the last 2 months and the service has gotten worse, unless you have an half hour or more to waste don't bother, ordered ahead online and still had to wait over 20 minutes, and when I called inside to ask for my food to be brought out was lied to about the food wasn't ready and when I informed them that the kiosk said the carhop was on the way 10 minutes ago, then the story changed to were keeping it warm,but of course the food was barely warm and the slush had nearly melted. I will not be stopping here if and until there are some drastic changes in the service.

Rude workers rushed me while ordering and failed to properly take my order. I didn't waste my money here and instead went somewhere else. I definitely don't recommend.

My order was wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected, the lady on the speaker got extremely rude. The carhop never said the 1st word. The food was delicious

I only got a route 44 root beer and it was delicious. The service was fast and friendly.

The speakers were broken so they said to honk the horn when we were ready to order but then paid no attention that we had honked the horn several times. Took like 5 minutes for them to acknowledge we were ready to order and took the order. Would not have been an issue if they were busy but there was only one other vehicle there and they were bringing out their food when we pulled up. Other than that everything was pretty good

I usually don't have many problems except having to wait quite a while. On our last stop there, I hit the red button and waited over ten minutes. No one ever answered so we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Hopefully it was just an off day

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip, and the food was perfectly fine. Our carhop, however, did not say a single word to us and was actively talking on the phone through her air pods. Horrible attitude and service.

Most of the carhops are great, though I've had a couple with permanent sour faces and "over it" attitudes. It is what it is, everyone has a bad day sometimes. The food is usually right. I can say, they're pushing that "I'm on the way!" button, on average, about 5 minutes before they actually bring the order out. I'd be mindful of that. I usually order on the app and tip at least half my bill, and more if I have to ask for extra things. They're happy to deliver, so that's nice.
