This is the worst Mickie D's ever. They are inherently slow. Last time I went, there was no one in line in front of me, and they still pulled me over to the side. I got a refund and went to Wendy's.

Horrible experience again! When I pulled up in the drive thru I was in the only car. Employee said, 'Wait please.' After a couple of minutes she came back on and said go ahead with your order. I really wanted to get the chicken strips, but, having been here before, I knew they'd park me. Instead I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a diet Coke. She asked if that was, 'a cheeseburger and a Fry's No, I asked again for 2 cheeseburgers and a diet coke twice more. When I pulled around to pay, she had rung up a meal which I didn't want, but being in a hurry I said it was okay. When I pulled up to the window they handed me my drink and asked me to park to wait. I did, and I waited for 14 minutes! During that time the other 4 cars that came thru drive thru were all parked also. Finally went in, complained, asked for the manager, told to call the franchisees number on wall outside. I got my food and left - 2 cold cheeseburgers without any onions, and hot fries without any salt at all. I go to this McDs several times every week, and it is always a bad experience. No more! Stay away if you can, and try your luck in McComb or Columbia. Worst McDonald's ever!

Waited on a simple order for over 40 minutes. A couple came in , ate and left while we were waiting. The whole crew and management seemed unconcerned. To top things off, which made the experience completely irreparable, they were rude !!!
Im having a hard time understanding why they pulled every car in the line to wait in the waiting area of the parking lot.. there wasnt even a line it was me and one other car.. they still messed our order up!! Tylertown do better dude... stop pulling ppl to the waiting area if ur not gonna fo ur job correctly!

Please give more staff so the food can come out in less than 30-45minutes..it's every single time wait in line for 20-30 then get told to pull to a spot on the side and food will be brought out to you to only wait another 30 min....absolutely ridiculous

The fact that negative stars aren't an option prevents me from giving an honest review. If you live in tylertown, you already know. If you are just passing through, please save yourself the trouble and wait till the next town. Not going to explain a specific event, just know it's a 50/50 chance of you getting your food at all much less having a decent (bar already low) fast food experience. 48 minutes in to a curbside pickup order as I type this. Went in to make sure the mobile order went in properly and got sass. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Chinese place on the other side of the parking lot.

Worse customer service ever. I've ran, several fast food stores. So I usually take up for anyone on the other side, of the counter. But this place!!!! If you close at 12, you take orders until then. Not telling customers, you cant take orders, because tour closing in 30 minute's.
