The fact that negative stars aren't an option prevents me from giving an honest review. If you live in tylertown, you already know. If you are just passing through, please save yourself the trouble and wait till the next town. Not going to explain a specific event, just know it's a 50/50 chance of you getting your food at all much less having a decent (bar already low) fast food experience. 48 minutes in to a curbside pickup order as I type this. Went in to make sure the mobile order went in properly and got sass. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Chinese place on the other side of the parking lot.

Worse customer service ever. I've ran, several fast food stores. So I usually take up for anyone on the other side, of the counter. But this place!!!! If you close at 12, you take orders until then. Not telling customers, you cant take orders, because tour closing in 30 minute's.

Where to begin!
The other morning I pull into the drive through around 8 AM and after what felt like forever, I see some wiry dude making a stroll down the drive through path, and he starts walking up to the car ahead and says something. He walks towards me now, and I roll the window down. He tells me, "We not open yet." This is almost three hours after they're advertised to be open. I've heard rumors that someone found a cockroach in their food, and as terrible as that is, I don't know if it would even be the worst thing that's happened at this Mickey Dees.
Another time, I asked to get a shake and they told me the ice cream machine was broken, so I went inside. I asked when their ice cream ever worked because at this point I'm starting to think it's a myth. The girl put a cup under the thing and it started working properly and she freaked out.. She starts digging beneath the counter and pulls out a hammer then jumps up on the Ice Cream machine like it's a mechanical bull and starts beating the ever living hell out of it.
Horrible service. I got called the N word, and I'm white, and they used an er at the end. They need to close this location down tbh. The only thing it has going for it is their consistency, and that's not a good thing. It's easy to be the worst for a while. They only hire jaded teens who should still be at school, or people a little older who don't care about doing their job correctly.

Horrible service. Waited to cook my fries until 5 minutes after I ordered. The staff was cussing each other out. Extremely unprofessional.
The food here is horrible the meat on the hamburger do not taste like real beef and most of the times it burnt and its don't smell like beef it have a stinky smell to it where I can't eat it have to throw it away every time

Slow, half the staff is playing outside. Mobile orders cripple them. They look at the screen like they are lost. 25 minute wait on a mcchicken and coke.
Update 8-13-24 still takes 20 minutes for a Mc chicken and coke.

Double quarter pounder was lopsided and looked slapped together, on top of being burnt. Flies EVERYWHERE. The chicken nuggets were decent though.
